I purchased the "for life" subscription of TuneFab Spotify Music Converter. Now, after the last update, the program no longer allows me to download. I've been writing to them every day for two weeks, initially they told me to download another program (which also didn't work) then they even stopped replying to me. I'm seriously considering taking legal action

Tested the all-in-oneconverter. Tested Spotify and Apple music. Works fine, the user interface is sometimes not quite clear what to do, but you have to get familiar with it.

I use different streaming services. But all of them are not compatible in my Hifi Audio streamer equipment. I had been looking for a software which can enable me to collect few favorite music track so that I can play those files in my Streamer.

"TuneFab all-in-one converter" solved my problem excellently. The software really works as promised. It is flawless, fast, supports a good number of world renowned streaming services. On top of that it is very easy to use.

Just while converting the music to FLAC or WAV, the UI shows max bitrate upto 320 kbps, which may be enough for MP3, but WAV or FLAC could be given higher option for serious music listener.

I highly recommend the converter.

paid for the spotify version for 1 month and it was perfect. had no issues and will plan to buy the lifetime version.

Ordered the wrong product and had a refund request denied. Will not be buying any more products from them going forward due to the very thing.

So glad I discovered TuneFab, great product works across so many platforms, used this to pull all my music out of Apple Music and Spotify and keep all my music collection in one place (plex). I spend years and a lot of money buying songs from iTunes, then Spotify came along and I spend years creating playlists, but now I have everything in one place. the software just works, its quick and easy and you can output your files exactly as you want it, this is particularly useful for plex! 100% recommend.

I recently purchased a one-month license for TuneFab Amazon Video Downloader (Order: 29.95 USD), and successfully logged in with the provided email and password. However, after downloading a video from Prime Video, only a 5-minute version is saved on my PC, even though I have a full license. (Amazon prime)

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

I installed the tunefab trial, so that I can download music, it has been be very effective and extremely quick at processing the conversions. I would 1000% recommended this, if you are in the market for it.

Absolute recommendation

This is a great tool. Does exactly what it says it does. Good customer service as well. After having it a couple of weeks, it wouldn't open. Contacted support and within 12 hours they had it up and running again. Woould definitely purchase more products from them.

These guys are not much more than a scam, stay away. First of all they marketed product with 1 months subscription at price of $29.95 with 5 day money back guarantee then only offered option to pay £75.09 for 1 month. I figured since they advertise 5 days money back guarantee that I would still try it but the software itself was clunky (non intuitive) and simply not worth the $. I then asked for refund under money back guarantee and was told I'd bought the wrong software. They then denied the issue I'd had was possible, I then sent a video replicating completely but still they refused and instead told me to buy more software from them! Truly awful experience, I hope this review will help others avoid my fate.

I've used the software before and was very happy with it. I recently bought a key for the Apple Music converter but need to have it reset because of issues I had activating the software. I've tried several different ways to contact but crickets. Their customer support is very much lacking.

It's just amazing! I can play my playlist when I swim. It's the best software I've found that works and the sound quality is perfect!
