what a shame
I was all set to pull the trigger until I read the negative reviews which all seem to say the same thing, that it is impossible to stop payments and unsubscribe. I am writing a review under odd circumstances so am awarding three stars but I want to get the message to Tunefab that people read these reviews and that they have lost this customer before even signing me up!
Check the crazy response, the very problem people encounter is not being able to contact your customer service to cancel.

Cannot Go Wrong with TuneFab's Software!
I have the TuneFab music downloader/converter (Amazon), the Audible converter, and have just completed a free-trial test of the Amazon MP4 download software. I cannot say enough about the quality of these products.
The user-friendly and intuitive interface are fantastic! The quality of the output in all of the software is top-of-the-line and the download/conversion speed is truly impressive.
Last but certainly not least, the customer support is absolutely excellent as well. Any time I needed some help I sent an email and had a response well within 24 hours from a competent customer service agent who understood my issue and was able to solve it.
I cannot recommend these products strongly enough for those folks like me who want to archive and organize their various forms of media for offline access. You simply cannot go wrong with TuneFab's family of software.

nice product with excellent support
I am very content with the apple music converter. It is very easy to create mp3 files. A few days ago I had to reactivate my license key because of new hardware and reinstallation. Tunefab support was excellent, so it was no problem to activate the software again. I can strongly recommend this product.

Easy to use software
Easy to use software. Does what it says it does. I recently had an issue when I bought a new computer. Customer Service dealt with the problem, fast and friendly. I'm very happy with TuneFab.

Can't cancel subscription on your own, when you want to cancel. You have to contact support? The email-adres login page they give you in their mail to cancel doesn't work. This is clearly designed to make it as hard as possible to cancel your subscription.
Update: Got a mail my subscription is cancelled, keeping this review till I see there is no fees going of my statement.

Be warned. You cannot cancel your subscription.
I cannot cancel my subscription. I will be reporting to my bank today that this is a scam and then I will be reporting to the Com Reg.
The software works well but wow what a way to rip people off.
NOTE: Tunefab replies below saying just contact our support to cancel subscription. I did do this and still I am being charged.
