Terrible from start to finish, ordered a PSN gift card expecting instant delivery, as advertised. Instead, I was flagged by an AI fraud detection system ("Trust Swifty") requiring ID, proof of address, and transaction verification — a bit invasive for a small cost digital purchase.

After complying, I faced a second security hold with no updates. I opened four support tickets asking for status or cancellation; all were ignored except one vague "wait awhile" response.

Ultimately had to dispute the charge with my bank to recover the funds.

Will never buy digital goods from this site again. Good reviews must be outdated.

Lier and scam company. The payment success for 2 months while refuse to send the gift card code to me. Every time create a new ticket for requesting the refund or ask for send the code, they ignore the request. Just liers and don't trust them.

I made 4 purchases and I was surprised, all the codes worked, the delivery of the codes was from 10 minutes to 2 hours, but it was worth the wait.

Always great service from TURGAME and thats why I only use them to purchase my cards. Keep up the great workd

it is not a scam site but for whatever reason the steam cards take so long to get sometimes 1 day sometimes up to 3 days and its really annoying cause ur money is gone and u have to wait so long, but the ps cards and xbox cards i have not had that problem yet it came in the hour.
