No key delivered in 2 days AFTER payment was issued. Support saying nothing but “sorry for the delay” and closing support chats. I have yet to receive a refund.

I was kinda skeptical before I did the purchase. Only did 250 TL at first. Very quick service.

They will ask U for an ID. A geolocation from where you had done the purchase (I had it from. The UK, doesn't need to be turkey) and also a pic of your bank statement. Do note all these checks are done after you purchase but these are security checks.

Took 2 mins before I had the redemption code and it worked. Will try again.

My order been stuck in " Authentication " for over 24 hours. Support doesn’t respond and just closes tickets.
I send my id and everything and still no code received

Good price and reliability but took around an hour to receive

Guys, this is a scam — don’t fall for it. My order #2170933 from October 2, 2025 has been stuck in “Processing” for over 12 hours. Support doesn’t respond and just closes tickets.

They scam me i paid for keys I didn’t receive keys or money back 4 days opening ticket no one solve the problem

It took like 4min to receive the code and I just clicked on the code and it redeemed automatically and the price tbh pretty fare

I've been using Turgame for a long time and never had any problems. The codes are usually sent in less than an hour, sometimes it can be up to 2 hours though. I don't mind as they are cheaper than anywhere else by far.

I buy my Xbox Live cards from Turgame all the time and never had a problem. Codes come through instantly and work right away. Super easy, super reliable.

it is safe and trustworthy but:
- sometimes I have problem with login or phone / email verification (each time they ask me to verify phone number)
- sometimes I experienced problem that my card can't accepted :/

All time i baught Netflix gift cards my accaunt balance was abaut more that 1 year subscript now all my reedemed card on netflix are canceled and lose all my balance :(

Got a gift card that was already redeemed/invalid. Support only sent copy-paste replies and never fixed the issue. Still no replacement or refund after days of waiting.

I bought a card and 24 hours later it didn't arrive, I created like 6 tickets but they just closes the tickets without giving any reply, so disappointed, want my key or my money back, scam!!!
