Topper came quickly. It was compressed for shipping, no big deal. Getting the tape off, without damaging the mattress topper, was a trial in patience. No odors or issues, seems ok, I do question it’s durability. It was purchased for our Teardrop Camper bed, we only sleep on it about 40 nights a year.

The website said most items ship same day. No indication that the mattress was back ordered or out of stock. It’s been 3.5 weeks and still no shipping notification. Customer service is prompt in replying however for two weeks in a row I’ve heard the mattress will ship tomorrow or the next day. I havent had a company take the money at order and not ship the product for this length of time. Setting the expectation up front and billing the customer upon shipping would greatly improve customer experience.

I’ve had a medium firm organic latex mattress for a few years. Lately my hips were so painful that I decided to try a topper to see if adding some squish would help alleviate the discomfort. I tried a 3” polyurethane topper: it was typically too warming and had that molding-to-the-body quality that is claustrophobic to me. I discovered Turmerry online; I ordered easily, and at a very reasonable price, a 3” organic latex mattress topper, which arrived within a little over a week. There was no problem even though we live in a deeply rural area. The cushioning of the topper is perfect and I’m enthused that my physical wellbeing is improving because of it. I also have very much enjoyed supporting a company that is using organically grown, sustainable resources.

Turmerry does not have the capacity to produce mattresses for delivery in less than two months. They run out of materials, their production unit does not function efficiently, they cannot fulfill my order even after 2 and a half months and are not able to give a date when it will be shipped. I have never encountered an online business that charges over $1000 for its products, takes a customer's money and cant fulfill an order for over two months. Do not purchase your mattress from Turmerry. There are other latex mattresses that are available that will deliver within 1 week.

I ordered some organic flannel sheets, and everything about the experience--the ordering, the paper packaging, and especially the big-cornered, softest sheets--has been wonderful. It is a delight to find a small company with organic, well-made products.

Incredible product! I am so thankful for 100%organic cotton flannel that will keep me warm and cozy during the winter months! This product far exceeded my expectations. It is so soft and luxurious and fits my deep pocketed bed and mattress cover perfectly! I can't wait to order more pillow covers to complete our multi-pillow sleeping habits! I am sleeping in Heaven!

I originally purchased the solid latex pillow standard size with high loft and medium firmness. It was way too soft and provided 0 support. I am a 99% side sleeper with severe neck and shoulder pain/issues, as well as a herniated disc in my back. I was able to exchange the pillow for the "firm." What I received feels exactly like the same pillow I exchanged. They do not have any labels, tags, or documentation with the pillows they send. While the customer service team was responsive and shipped the replacement pillow promptly, I am very disappointed with the quality of the products. They have a "1 time" return or exchange policy which is ridiculous and shady. They seem to be manufacturing and shipping 1 type of solid latex pillow but marketing it as several options.

The additional information requested by the company has been submitted directly to them. I await a response.

Update 2/12- The company made things right.

I've bought three pillows from Turmerry in my first month of discovering the company. I returned the first one, the Wool Neck Contour Pillow, because the piping didn't feel comfortable. I called the company for a return code (I wish that process were a bit easier), and I also had a question about how two alternatives compared. The customer service associate was very friendly and gave me a clear answer. On her advice, I bought the Eggcrate Latex Contour Pillow. That cost less than the one I'd bought before, and I got a discount, so I had enough left over to buy the Shredded Latex Pillow, a bit of a lark because I was really just looking for a contour pillow. I really like the contour pillow, and bonus, I LOVE the shredded latex one. The shipping took a little longer than the big fish in online shopping, but I'm really pleased with the products and the company's responsiveness.

I purchased this latex mattress topper for the first time and it is a very good experience i never used 100% organic latex mattress or topper before but i am very mush satisfied with my experience i have checked many mattress companies to finaly select you because of your very good quality and very reasonable price as compared to others

My experience with Turmerry was very good even thought the 3" medium mattress topper did not work out for my back. The latex topper was good quality, but in my opinion, was too jiggly for me. I would order a 2" topper if I decide to try one again. Turmerry asked that I donate the topper to a charity and send proof to them. I did that and received a prompt, full refund. Thank you, Turmerry!!

The organic latex mattress topper arrived very quickly. It has no outgassing as does memory foam. It is a dream to sleep on and so happy that I purchased it!

I would not recommend this topper to anyone. I bought it after much research. I ordered a queen medium. I have had it less than 1 year. The area where my hips lie are soft and have not held up. I thought I was getting a satisfaction guaranteed product, not so. I weight 136 lbs, sleep on alternate sides of the bed to help wear it evenly. My hips ache every morning. No help from the company. Very dissatisfied.

I discovered Turmerry reading someone else’s review of the egg crate topper. We needed a new mattress so we bought the hybrid with a 3” latex topper and the egg crate. I am very impressed with this bed. I have bulging discs, but I am sleeping without pain.

Order was received faster than expected since I am also on the east coast. I have probably purchased 15-20 mattress toppers over the years including many different types of latex (Dunlop and Talalay). The 2" Dunlop in soft that I got from Turmerry was the best in terms of quality and feel. The Dunlop latex that I received from several other suppliers was rubbery, slightly irregular, and took a while to expand. The one from Turmerry popped open to full size immediately, had only a slight and pleasant odor, and was of perfectly uniform consistency. It reminded me of Talalay which is supposed to be the higher quality type and much more expensive. I also got the 1.4" Dunlop egg crate topper in soft which was also of top quality.

Super-comfortable pillows, & the rectangular pillow has been just what I've been looking for for years! (Though I wish it were a bit taller.) Excellent product.

So Satisfied Bought 2nd Item the Buck Wheat Pillow. Never heard of that before. But I have looked for the right pillow. Even bought the "My Pillow" at a Fair. Wasn't happy with that .. I am well pleased with the Buck Wheat Pillow took a little getting used too. Took a Little out.. Perfect You can push (Mush) it to fit the neck and header body. Love it. The Products they have
are Top Quality. You will not be disappointed.

Turmerry offers unique products and I was really happy with the pillow I ordered – the wool base with the buckwheat hull top, both with adjustable filling, is amazing! I initially ordered two pillows, and when the shipping on one pillow was delayed, customer service responded promptly and when I asked for a refund, they responded affirmatively the same day. Recently made our second purchase and we're excited to try everything out!

We ordered a mattress topper and a pillow from them. Mattress topper was fine, pillow made neck pain worse. I called for a refund, they told me they would email me about it, and I never heard anything. Now I call during business hours and they don't answer.

I initially gave 1 star because my pillow didn't have enough buckwheat hulls. I did receive more filling and it is perfect! I was impressed with your prompt response and service. Would definitely order from here again!
