Tvbeds are legends in prices and service!
I bought the alpha manual lift tv bed and it was worth it. I don't leave my room as much now but these sacrifices have to be made for comfort and entertainment. Everything from purchasing to the second delivery was spot on. I had an issue with the tv, with it arriving broken and after getting in contact with their customer service team (very lovely people) it was resolved quickly and a replacement sent out quite literally the next day. So would I recommend them to everyone? 100% 👍🏼

Beautiful bed. Looks fabulous. Saves space in bedroom not needing a unit for TV to stand on which makes way for a dressing table! Telephone calls answered quickly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Amazing company
Amazing company. We ordered a bed just before Christmas - unfortunately it arrived with the wrong coloured headboard. However the customer service was absolutely incredible and the fault was rectified in the days before Christmas which was just amazing. Second to none. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Good communication
We had a problem with an incorrect box delivered as part of our order which we didn’t realise until we came to assemble the bed over the Christmas break for our daughter’s birthday. Unfortunately the warehouse was closed until the 5th January so the problem couldn’t be resolved initially, but we received a call shortly after Christmas to explain the situation and the correct box was delivered the first week back in January. I appreciate that someone took the time to update us over Christmas and we’re really happy with our now assembled bed.

Really good experience from start to finish. Friendly & helpful in-store staff, easy ordering online, & great customer service (particularly helpful when I needed to delay delivery twice due to over running renovations!) The quality of the bed is excellent, and it’s well worth paying the extra for installation, the guys had it up in no time! I’m delighted with my bed, thank you!

Cannot fault anything about the buying or customer service experience, curtesy call on the day to see if I needed any support and a few weeks after to see how everything was. Bed is amazing and quality.

If I could give more stars I would the ordering process was easy to follow clear instructions on when bed will be delivered. When the bed was delivered the delivery guys were absolutely lovely and the bed speaks for itself it’s stunning. I also had a call from someone in the shop who just wanted to double check that everything is okay and don’t hesitate to call them if I have any questions. Amazing company with quality items
