WRONG, CHEAPER ITEM SENT, COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE OPERATING - BEWARE !
Sent emails with only generic replies received back. After numerous attempts at ringing their online telephone number I eventually got through only to be cut off when explaining to the lady that they had sent a wrong, cheaper item - phone then went dead! Kept ringing back, but did not even get a ring tone! Normally I check out Company reviews, but did not on this one - to my regret! Apparently you have to send item back at your own expense, but from a number of reviews customers have not been paid out-of-pocket mail expenses, or received the correct appropriate item originally ordered. I will have to raise this issue with the credit company I paid through to try and resolve this issue, but from what I have read do not hold out much hope that this Sales Company are genuine, or really care as long as they receive money at customers own duped expense. Shameful, Trading Standards need to become involved.

sent my parcel via Yodel who apparently delivered when nobody was home and got a signature of SMITH ! original!
tvbrackets4u have no phone number, only way to contact is via email and they dont answer! 2 weeks after my delivery and they are saying tough and will not help me find my missing parcel nor refund me! not great customer service hey!

Awful customer service. Monosyllabic replies to emails which were never received promptly. I needed to return the bracket I purchased because it was (in my opinion and in the opinion of the professional I hired to fit it) not fit for purpose. This company made it as tricky and as difficult as possible for me to return the item and did so begrudgingly and with as many obstacles in the way as possible, making my experience a very unpleasant one and an expensive one! I did eventually receive a refund but am still over £100 out of pocket due to the hiring of the professional and returning the bracket in the post, both of which the company completely ignored in consideration of my terrible experience with them and in the view that the bracket was not fit for purpose. Needless to say I will not be dealing with them ever again and cannot in my heart recommend them to anyone.

Website helped me through the order, I could track the delivery and it arrived the next day. Brilliant.

product arrived today and it was a cheaper version so in effect they have stolen money from me. e mailed and got the run around. contacted trading standards who will hopefully get my money refunded.
After letting them know i was contacting the standards ageny the proceeded to take their phone off the hook. Do not trust this company

The bracket supplied was not as advertised on their website and did not fit.. Attempts to get a refund were blocked at every stage. Be aware that if you have to send the bracket back , it is at your expense, with no guarantee that a refund will be sent. This company does not provide as advertised and should not remain in business.

Bought this to hang a 37" tv, i have to say i was sceptical because of the low price, but its brilliant, easy to install, simple to adjust, and more than strong enough excellent bargain highly recommended

Ordered a TV Bracket from this company on 16th November. The bracket never arrived and when I contacted them they just gave me the run around. Bracket still not arrived by 30th November so requested a refund which they have failed to pay. Another week gone by and still no refund. Will be reporting them to Trading Standards and seeking a refund from Visa but I wouldn't deal with this company.

I couldn't find the mounting bracket anywhere on the internet. I stumbled across TVBrackets4U and i found the bracket i needed in about a minute. Ordered straight away!

It's the type of bracket on a pivoting arm that allows you to swing the TV out from the wall. The bracket is supposed to take up to 40 kgs in weight. I weighed my TV and it was 37 kgs including its weighted stand - so, with the TV on the bracket, and the stand removed, the TV would weigh far less than 40 kgs. When attached to the bracket, the TV can tilt in the vertical plane, presumably for situations where you have the TV quite high and want to tilt it down towards the viewer. The problem is that the tilting mechanism is secured by two hand operated chunky plastic butterfly nuts, and with our heavy TV, even though I used a pair of pliers to tighten the butterfly nuts, the nuts do not grip sufficiently tightly and the TV tilts slightly into the room. What I need is to be able to fix the TV such that the screen is perfectly parallel to the wall, but this is very difficult to achieve. The tilting mechanism needs to be re-engineered to make it easier to fix the TV into a perfectly parallel configuration.

Spent a bit of time researching the bracket I needed and Tvbrackets4u ticked all the boxes, would have no hesitation in recommending.

The product I ordered arrived the next day as promised. It was easy to assemble and install.

I ordered a suitable wall mounted TV bracket for a new 26" Flat Screen TV from TVbrackets4U.co.uk. It arrived in a couple of days, and included a comprehensive list of parts to enable it to be fitted to a variety of makes of TV.

In my case it was to replace an earlier bracket supporting a 14" CRT TV. The obvious answer to do a neat job, was to use the 6 existing fixing holes. I sorted out all the fixings from the kit that I needed for the wall and the Samsung TV.

The mounting was achieved by cutting a piece of 10mm plywood to overlap the existing fixings, and then drill countersunk holes in it to match the existing holes. This plywood was then sanded down and painted to match the paint on the wall. Having screwed this in place the new bracket base and swivel arm were screwed to the plywood base.

The remainder of the bracket assembly and flat mounting plate was fixed to the back of the new TV and then fixed to pivot on the base and swivel arm.

The result is a neat and fully functional installation which does the job perfectly.

Good product for the money. I found it very easy to mount the tv on. The only issue was the bolts weren't long enough so had to get longer ones. Luckily I had some anyway. Would defo consider buying from them again.

I purchased the correct bracket for my samsung, should of come in 24hr took four days.
When it arrived was the wrong bracket, when I called them back they told me any problems you have to email. Witch is a very long winded process.
Thy told me they sent an alternative because it wasn't in stock.i received a cheaper version that didn't even fit,
What they advertise is not what you get. And when you call them there very abrupt.
You have to email and at the end of the day you have to send it back and wait for a new one.
Bottom line is customer service is rubbish and they don't stick what the web site advertise .
They should advise before taking the money that they don't have any stock. Instead they send out a much cheaper version out. That doesn't even fit or so what you expected from the bracket you'd originally choosen
Now I'm stuck with a cheaper bracket that isn't compatable with the tv.
