This was not the first time I have used Tvbrackets4you so I new that I would get a first class service and once again I was not disappointed.
A very quick and easy transaction, what more can I say?

The headache started once typed in ‘TV brackets’ into the search engine – like a candy store – so many choices! At first my significant half wasn’t too sure because of the price. They were so expensive, we could by a sturdy TV stand instead. At the end, after the long research, we went for 123Brackets, and haven’t looked back!
First let’s start with the service. I am very pleased with the customer service, as the lady was very helpful, she guide me through the different sizes of brackets available, etc. Wife was sceptical from the beginning but 123Brackes proved her wrong – as it arrived on time, just 24 hours after purchase. Was very happy to open the box and to see that all the necessary screws, bits & bobs were included. The mount is very solid and secure and the manual is easy to follow and after few steps me and my family could enjoy the accessory of our living room. Needless to say, our little boy was helping me as well, so maybe that’s why it went so smooth J
This is an excellent product, at an excellent price, simple to set up, works brilliantly. My wife found it hard to agree, but in the end she didn’t have any other choice but, to say ‘Thank You!’. Undoubtedly a 5 star product

When I saw the TV bracket at my mates house, I had to have one too. My mate wasn’t too happy about his brackets, so I had to do homework myself. When my researches led me to this Companies products I was more than sceptical particularly as the price of some of their brackets was well below competitors. The bracket arrived as promised next day. It was very easy to use and followed by instructions it only took few minutes to get it together. I was very pleased with my bracket, and my mate decided to get one of them as well from TVBrackets4U.

Bought this for a Sony Tv. Was a bit sceptical at first because of the very low price, but I decided to purchase.
It was dispatched very quickly and arrived even before my TV. The bracket itself is very sturdy, and VERY well made. All the bits and pieces needed to hang nearly any TV are included, along with instructions. The tilt feature is also great, and can be adjusted easily. I have seen wall mounts not nearly as good as this for more than double the price! Overall, I am very pleased with the product, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality wall mount. Definitely 5 stars.

fast delivery and very good customer service!

I ordered a tv bracket on Friday 10th February 2012, and was told by them that City Link would deliver it on Monday 13th February 2012. City Link never got the item from tvbrackets4u, and asked me to contact the supplier to send the item!

There is no customer service line. Everything has to be done via email. I emailed them to ask for my money back, and all I got was their automated email reponse.

This company needs to be closed down, and Trading Standards should be involved, as tvbrackets4u do not offer what they say!!!

experience with that company was totally unacceptable!! poor service + criminals. on their website they sale different kind of brackets with different size and prizes... but they are all the same!!!!!!
be careful DO NOT USE BOTH COMPANY tv barckets 4u and brackets r us! same company!!!!
123 brackets is the same company as well!!!! do not use neither!!

Ordered bracket for next day delivery, didnt arrive or the following day.when it did arrive they had sent the wrong bracket, I tried to contact them by telephone and had two days of frustration being told i was important to them and I was in a que, on the third day I got through and was told the only way they could deal with this was for me to send an email and they would respond within four hours, it is now 27 hours later and I have had no response, I telephoned again and got another lot of apologies but sales cant talk direct to aftersales and there are no telephones for aftersales but she would send an internal email to prompt them. All I want is for them to send me the correct bracket and collect the other one but no one will contact me, it's incredible that companies can offer this diabolical level of service

I ordered 2 tv brackets from this website as they advertised 24hr delivery and i needed the bracket urgently. The bracket never arrived the next day and when i tried to contact them some girl who told me she worked in the warehouse answered. She was unable to give any information and told me she would get someone to contact me asap. Needless to say no one contacted me. I have sent email after email but to no avail, all i get is the same reply everytime. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company and urge anyone who is thinking of using them to go elsewhere, it is just no worth the hassle. I must add i have contacted the Office of Fair trade and they are investigating.
