Great company to deal with. Had a small issue with my order but that was soon corrected once I had let them know.

TW Comms and Nigel are the industry standard.

I have had to deal with various companies when it comes to getting my handsets and comm equipment, and Nigel is truly impressive. I consider myself quite comfortable with software and IT and had become stuck when trying to program my handsets. Nigel spent nearly an hour of his time over the phone teaching me the ropes of what to do and how to do, being calm and patient whilst talking me through the entire process. I will be ordering more of his products today and will not look elsewhere for my Comms needs. 5 stars Nigel, brilliant customer service.

What a pleasure to deal with. Had a few issues with the first payment going through due to an error. This was cleared up very quickly and another payment method was used. Ordered the wrong item accidentally but the customer service had no problems with swapping this for the one we needed. Brilliant products and even better customer service! Keep up the good work.

Item ordered was out of stock but a suitable replacement sent. When advised of change responded to my query as to suitability straight away to satisfy my concerns.

Delivery of items fast......Small problem with download but fixed fast soon as they were informed of it. Good service earns 5 stars and a Well done.
