Great roller door, great customer service
Ordered an electric roller garage door and emergency manual override handle through their eBay shop. Communication was excellent and they advised that as the door was custom made delivery would be in about 3 weeks.
Delivery was on schedule and I was advised that the door was on the way. When it arrived by courier it was in a custom made wooden crate and immaculately packed with lots of bubble wrap.
The door and ancillary parts were all very good quality. Instructions and a tutorial video are supplied by email.
I am reasonably good at DIY but I had to phone the company a couple of times during the installation for advice. Tom, I think he is the owner, was very helpful and patient while he talked me through a couple of technical issues. Great customer service.
My door is now fitted, operational and looks and works great.
I thoroughly recommend this company.
