We ordered a composite door from TWG which arrived on time and was fitted professionally and courteously. The fitter was pleasant and worked cleanly. We felt the whole process from choosing to ordering and fitting was easy and all our questions were answered. This is the second time we’ve used TWG and we will certainly be using them again. Thanks team!

Had them to replace some blown units and decided to have all the units replaced with a specialist glass that would help reduce heat loss but also keep the house cool in summer.

They came up with a good price and started a couple of weeks later when the units had arrived (they had to order the glass from a specialist supplier).

Unfortunately that’s where the problems started. The supplied glass had been incorrectly manufactured and had to be remade. TWG were so apologetic about the mistake made by the supplier who unfortunately could not get their act together - they supplied multiple units that were manufactured incorrectly- the coating in the glass was in the wrong face, frosting was done the wrong way etc etc. it did go on for quite some time and we even had a site meeting with the supplier who admitted their incompetence but it still took them several attempts to get things right.

TWG eventually managed to get everything sorted and we are happy with the finished product. They did go above and beyond to resolve everything. My only criticism would be that communication could have been better.

I would definitely use them again. All the staff I dealt with were excellent.

Called this company out to quote for a picture window. Quoted £4k. Salesman ran over my front garden landscaped display. When we queried the description on the quote, as it seemed about £1500 over the top, the lady became argumentitive. NIL POINTS!

So professional and a great team of installers. After being let down by 2 other installation groups we turned to TWG. They gave a price for fitting and unlike the others they turned up when they said they would. They were polite, respected the home and got stuck in straight away. The work was carried out to the highest standard and finished the 9 windows by early afternoon They left upstairs and downstairs spotless and took the old windows away. The were just brilliant. Thoroughly recommend them. The were first class!

I asked TWG to repair a triple glazed window which would not open. Stuart attended and took 2 hours to rectify the problem despite never having worked on this type of window lock. Despite coming up against all sort of problems he kept going and repaired the window.
A true asset to the company (no pun intended)
