Please fix your delivery tracking service!
Surprisingly fast shipping and replies within 24 hours as promised. The only problem is their delivery tracking service is terrible. I never knew when my package was going to arrive. Other than that I'm happy with the overall result of the jewellery. I will definitely order here again but please fix your tracking service!!

Website is terrible- slow and having to retype captions multiple times. After waiting for email to change password the subject line in the incoming email was in Arabic. I felt I may have been on a fraudulent website considering I filled out questions all in English. Jewelry is overpriced and discount codes don’t work. :( no winkle for twinkle.

Truly disappointed
$37.70 is pending on my bank account but on ur website is says my order didn't go through. I have to wait 4 (November 29) days to see if y'all accept or drop it. My bank called you because I have an dentist appt on December 8 2017 to put it on. now I have to cancel my appt and pay a cancellation fee because I highly doubt it's gonna be at my house in time. I live in the USA

You have tried to place an order 3 times as we can see in our system. All three transactions were refused by your card issuer. I am sorry we can not control the restrictions put on your card. My guess there is a restriction on overseas purchases? We are located in Sweden. Please check with your bank or try to use PayPal. We have not received any call from any bank.
Shipment to NYC will be up to 10 days, I hope you can reschedule your appointment.
