I’m extremely disappointed with my Blissful Bright Dandelions

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Twinkling Tree. The product I received looked nothing like the photos online and felt very cheap for the $56 price tag. I couldn’t even get it to snap together properly, one of the blossoms arrived smashed, and the blooms are already falling apart.

What’s been even more frustrating is the customer service. I contacted them for help and they asked for a photo — which I sent. Then they asked for a video — which I also sent. Now they’re asking for yet another photo. At this point, it feels like nothing but a runaround instead of resolving the issue.

I would not purchase from this company again. Buyer beware

Beware if you don't like the product

Wasn't satisfied with product at all. Impossible to initiate a return... you have to email the company and wait for a response. And then they give you the runaround by exchanging emails with you for information but no steps for a return. Still waiting for the latest response with the clock ticking on the return window. Probably will never get the option to return at this point. Guess I'll be stuck with something I don't like or want. Beware doing business with them!

The unboxing experience is actually…

The unboxing experience is actually really nice. Everything was wrapped carefully, nothing was rattling around, and it arrived in perfect condition which I was relieved about because I've had fragile things arrive completely smashed before.
Setup was easy, maybe 5 minutes to get it how I wanted it.

What a joke! I purchased the lite up dandelions. Looked nothing like the picture in the advertisement. Very cheaply made! The price wasn’t cheap! It went in the trash!

Mothers Day Gift should be for two Moms

Great is she loved it ! NOT great is after I ordered they offered me another one half off, I thought great I'll ship the 1/2 off one to my other MOM. COULD NOT SPLIT IT TO 2 DIFFERENT ADDRESSES! PLEASE now how do I tell one Mom she can only keep one? I contacted them and no reply!

I was skeptical about the solar charging

We don't get a lot of sun where I live so I wasn't sure how well it would charge. Turns out it works fine even on overcast days. Comes on every night without fail. Pleasantly surprised.

Exactly what I needed for my office corner

Not too bright, not too dull. Fits perfectly in the corner next to my monitor. Makes working from home feel a little less grim. Took about 8 days to arrive which was fine.

Grossly Misrepresented Product

Twinkling Tree is a scam. I bought 3 items from them, and all were such a disappointment that I'll likely throw them into the trash. The actual products are nothing like the photos (which are misleading in terms of function, how the light diffuses, and quality). All 3 items are basically cheap molded plastic either stuck together (dandelions), then fell out when I tried to separate the strands (dandelions), or had pieces of plastic sticking out of the sides where the mold wasn't even lined up properly during manufacturing. I'm forgiving of minor misrepresentations, but this is egregious. They should be out of business.

Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money. Extremely poor quality items. I ordered the dandelion light which took ages to arrive, with very little update from them except that it’d be shipped “soon”.
When it finally arrived, I tried to connect the poles (stems) and realised that one of them is too big and will not fit in the connecting pole. I contacted customer services who asked for a video showing the issue, which I provided along with photos.
I received a reply about how to connect the lighting components - which is not the issue! And they haven’t replied to my latest email, so I assume I’ve just wasted my money on a cheap item that is not fit for purpose and will be binned. What a waste. I asked for details on how to return it for a full refund and that’s when they stopped responding.
The decor of the items (plastic flimsy bits that are decorative as the dandelion heads) just fall off constantly.
I definitely do not recommend purchasing from here as the quality is terrible and despite initially being responsive to my email to report the faulty item, they’ve since not bothered to respond and sort this issue.

Absolutely shocking item. Is nothing like it looks! Cheap and nasty, doesn’t glow, just a light in the middle of the flower. I am so disappointed!
Sending it back is ridiculous too, will cost a fortune. Totally ripped off and disgusted by it!!! Do not buy!!!
