Twisty Tails Nurseries Reviews 

My husband and I have a quite sad experience with Twisty Tails Nursery. We believe it is a very commercial place, lots of kids, outstanding professionalism, however, what this nursery staff is lack of is an understanding that they have to deal with little humans. I can only say that Marwa was the only smiley person who our son loved to spend time with. We started the nursery under 2 and were assigned for the room upstairs. The entire staff looked like robots, being so professional they were absolutely lack of energy and positivity. My husband had problems with leaving the child as nobody wanted to receive him until he came up with the idea waiting for one of staff member to come outside and welcome our son. Our son was crying for all three months we were in that nursery, and unfortunately, being so commercial, we had to deal with waiting for two months until we could leave the nursery. I personally saw how my son was crying and a nurse was sitting next to him and ignored him. When I asked why is he crying, she said: "I don't know". On top of it, they discouraged him to go to the real toilet and when I asked them to sit him in because he started to do it at home, the main nurse told me: "We have too many kids, we are too busy for that. When he is 2, he will be downstairs and they will do it there". The result was that my son refused to be potty trained and until now it is an issue for us. Lastly, poor communication. If I asked any questions, the answer was: "I don't know", including the supervisors and managers. We have changed the nursery now, and I waited some time to evaluate if our judgement was right, and I can assure that I haven't seen my son happier, he doesn't even want to leave nursery. It is such a tremendous difference, including at the new nursery Learn and Play, the staff listens and advises us. They brush teeth, I receive the kid with the face washed (not dirty with dry bits and pieces between his fingers), and most importantly, all kids there are healthy. Big question was for us that in Twisty Tails almost all babies were sneezing and sick, every day literally we entered the room and we got headaches within 5 minutes, because kids were crying, an absolute stressful environment. We come now to the healthy and calm environment, where we do not get sick (we were sick for 2 months in Twisty Tails) and where nobody cries and welcomes us. Such a massive difference really!!! And also, space is what matters. Twisty Tails has no space for play whatsoever, not to mention they offer £10 for a review. Such a shame! I feel terrible I let our son to be there for such a long time simply because there was no way out to unregister quicker, and they are expensive.

The staff at Twisty Tails Colindale are great and always cared for my daughter. We've been with them since October 2017 and cannot find them a fault. They show dedication and my daughter is so happy to be there.
They create a lovely, fun and warm environment for the children and they are true 'kids' lovers', which in my opinion is one of the most important characteristics for people working in a school setting.

When my daughter is at Twisty Tails in Pinner I know she's happy and genuinely cared for.
She has a clear affection for the staff and has bonded with her key worker. All the team in the baby room know her well, her likes and dislikes, what she's learning and how she's developing, and they talk about her with affection.
I like that there are activities and toys in the room that change everyday, so the children are getting constant learning and won't be bored.

My daughter has been going to Twisty Tails in Pinner for four months now and I am delighted to see how excited she is to see her friends and the staff during her sessions. The team are very professional and friendly and provide detailed daily feedback on my daughter’s progress. The team has also been particularly supportive and patient over the last three months while my daughter has been toilet training. I have no reservations about leaving my daughter in the care of this nursery and would recommend it to other families living in the Pinner area.

My Son, join the toddler unit in this nursery in October 2018. It’s just been 3 months however it feels like it’s been forever.
Every morning when we enter the nursery, the happy and the energetic faces of the staff gives a very warm welcome and gives an assurance that the day is sorted.
And when I pick my little one in the evening, his happy face speaks loud that he had a great day.
I am very happy with all that my little one has learned in last three months, he is growing as a confident little Boy.
Thanks for everything that you do to look after my son.
I get tired of looking after one. Hats off to you for looking after a bunch of them everyday.

My son attends the nursery in Pinner. He has been there for about a year now. The nursery staff are very friendly and accommodating. My son has special needs and they have always helped him to integrate into the nursery. They have also been available when other professionals have needed to come in and see him. Great nursery and lovely staff.

Great place with friendly and skilled staff. My son loves to go there and he has improved speaking, listening, sharing and confidence since he started. I feel confident when i leave him there because i know staff members are taking good care of him.

Both of my kids love to go to the nursery. They are very happy and my self as well. Very good staff and nice, and the kids are doing very good in. As well I want to say Thank you for all received support.

My daughter is unbelievably happy at this nursery. The staff is kind and they provide the 1:1 time and attention toddlers need! They are positive, passionate and sweet! She started at Twisty Tails at 2 years is currently going through toilet training. All my fears are put to rest as the staff is encouraging and patient. What I admire most is toddlers are free to go one room to the other inside the nursery, unlike other nurseries where they are stuck in their tiny rooms like jail! They can also go to the garden at any time there is always staff in each room. As a parent, I am also happy with the care and attentiveness. I don't hesitate to raise my concerns which I know are taken seriously. They also give an option to drop off toddlers at 7:30am which is helpful for busy parents! Thanks Twisty Tails for doing a fabulous job!

My son attends this nursery and absolutely loves it, he runs through the door and forgets I exist! All the staff there are lovely and friendly especially the manager and I trust them with my son 100%. Keep doing what you’re doing Twisty Tails Team!!

My daughter Logan has been attending Twisty Tails Nursery in Pinner for 4 months now and she absolutely loves it there. She has developed so much since starting nursery there. The staff are really friendly and supportive. She hasnt quite grasped the sleeping at nursery part yet, not for lack of trying on her teachers part, so she is clearly having too much fun. My daughter is going to Twisty Tails Nursery, in Pinner, for about 5 months now. The staff is really proffesional and caring, she thrived in there and made a lot of new friends. She’s always happy in the morning, getting ready to go to nursery. She’s doing full days and I am really pleased with her development. Thank you, Twisty Tails! Would 100% recommend.

Mr Kapil - I've had my daughter at the Nursery for two weeks now. The staff are professional and really caring. They always give an honest account of how her day has gone and always happy to take calls during the day when I'm keen to know how shes doing. My daughter is almost 19 months old and every morning she's ready to go to the nursery and meet the lovely and professional staff from Twisty Tail Nursery Pinner. She settled there very slowly and now thanks to Faten and her team I'm really happy, and Thais is happier than me, she enjoys so much her experience there. We have never been separated before and I can say now that I I feel confident leaving my daughter at the nursery knowing she is in good hands. I would definitely recommend the nursery!

My Daughter is only 2 years old has only been there for couple months and shes doing full time, as a parent i felt bad for putting my daughter in full time, but with the staff help and care they made it comfortable and okay with the decision i made to do full time. In only 3 months i have already seen how will my little has grown and developed. the support the staff give and as a young mother i feel very comfortable around them to share and ask for advice. Oh and in 3 month my daughter has aLready made so many friends i cant keep up with all the names :) I LOVE IT !

The staff are amazing and genuinely enjoy and provide amazing care for the children. My daughter cries when I pick her up because she doesn’t want to come home!

Very good nursery, Staff is the best. My both kids are there from last year, and I can see that my son is changed a lot, he receives support for everything. My daughter as well begins to speak, and both of them interact with other kids. Very happy with them. I recommend to everyone this nursery.

Yesterday was our daughter's first birthday and we can't thank the team at Twisty Tails (Pinner) enough for providing the best 'Home away from Home' care and support. Our daughter joined the Nursery in Pinner on a full time basis in Feb with no routine at all and she managed to settle in very quickly after two weeks!!

My daughter is so happy to go to nursery. She's 20 months old. Every morning she's ready to go and meet the lovely, professional and friendly staff from Twisty Tail Nursery Colindale. She settle there very quick and I'm so happy when I see her enjoying her experience there. Her confidence grow and she start speak a lot. Thank you to all the staff for their support.
