Twitch support is useless.
I moved back to Europe but was stuck in USD despite having a € gift card in my wallet so I couldn't use my funds. After a lot of troubles, finally managed to update the currency. And don't get me started on wallet/sub pages loading issues.

I know most reviews are bad, because why bother when everything works out fine. But this one is a deserved one. Twitch support cannot do anything. They cant help me with the easiest task. They can't even confirm when their own event was, or what it was about. This clearly shows that Twitch support is not a part of twitch itself. They have no info, and a huge lack of wanting to help. Ive been on twitch for more than 13 years and they show no effort to help out. "boo twitch support"

Twitch is a complete scam. Ads every 1–2 minutes — they claim it’s “supporting the streamer” but in reality it’s just Twitch lining their own greedy pockets. The viewing experience is unbearable, creators get scraps while Amazon laughs all the way to the bank. Absolute garbage platform. If you want to actually support streamers and not get bombarded with endless ads, go to the green platform — KICK. Much better, much fairer. Twitch is finished.

I was indefinitely suspended for no reason. I know nothing I said in any chat or any other of my actions should have constituted a suspension, let alone an indefinite one. I never received an email informing me of my suspension, and my appeals portal only contains a generic and empty violation; my appeals portal simply says "Violation" instead of a named violation like "Community Guidelines Violation" or "Botted or Automated Account," and the reason section within the suspension details is completely empty. After multiple back-and-forth emails, Twitch support has refused to give me any explanation for the suspension and has cut off my main source of income. Twitch themselves state that any suspension an account receives will have a named violation, a listed reason within the violation, and the action that caused the suspension, i.e., a chat, whisper, on-stream behavior, etc., within the appeals portal, and that an email will be sent informing the account owner of the suspension. Against their own guidelines, none of that information has been made available to me. Their support staff has been zero help and has only sent generic, automated responses that categorically fail to answer my questions or explain the situation.

I wanted to report bugs that doesn't allow me to change e-mail (exactly the same issue with Trustpilot...) and password for the safety reasons.

They had huge data leak (including personal data) in the past, that's why I wanted to make this changes.

As I should expect, their support page is also buggy. Finally after some fight, it was sent. I don't know how many days passed, by I didn't receive any reply for them. Looks like, they just don't care.

Twitch is gewoon teleurstellend. De interface is onoverzichtelijk en de chat is vaak vol met spam en hate speech. Weinig tot geen moderatie. Niet aan te raden.

Poor experience. The chat function is often overrun with spam and inappropriate content, despite Twitch's claims to moderate it effectively. Frankly, it detracted significantly from watching the streams.

The CEO himself is a huge fan of the self-proclaimed terrorist-supporter ("I support the Houthis ten toes down"), Twitch streamer Hasan Piker (HasanAbi). He supports and/or advertises the Houthis, Hasbullah, and Hamas, and he receives little to no punishment for it.

Whoever thought it was a good idea to remove airplay from your already shit streaming service needs to get a high five in the head with a chair. I hope twitch dies, and all of you. Idiots loses your jobs.

I can view videos etc. BUT, when I try login into Twitch on Edge, I get this error msg:
"Your browser is not currently supported
Please use a recommended browser or learn more here."

Edge IS a supported browser. 😐

Then, I tried using Brave. Same thing. I do not have any extensions that would cause THIS issue. Even when I disable all of them and hard refresh, it still doesn't work. And yes, I also tried incognito mode.

I tried reaching out to support, BUT they require me to give them MY IP. What??? Absolutely not. If ever Twitch is breached and my IP is leaked, what then? Does this sound like a good trade off to get help NOW? Absolutely NOT. What type of company thinks they need your IP anyhow?

I guess I just won't log into Twitch ever again. As someone who subbed to several people at different times, I guess Twitch will lose my business. Oh well...

I have reached out to twitch after all the bits and subscriptions I have earned have all been erased and twitch play run around with no real interest to recover what has been lost or possibly stolen.
I write this review looking for others who have had similar experiences.
We spent money to make money and spread the love with our streaming.
Customer services don't listen and now I have lost money that goes to update equipment to keep streaming.

straight up hypocritical on every level imaginable. its fine to do it maybe once by false judgement, but its more of a business standard for twitch than a mistake.
