One of THEE worst for customer support. You can explain everything, In detail, In length, Tell them you followed all of their help support pages advice. And they will still send you their help support pages that you've already read and tried in an email. So when you try reaching out to a PERSON for HELP. You are met with the same information you knew and tried, You are also fobbed off with a robotic response. They don't read your emails. They don't care about their customers. And if you have a problem they won't help you. Not even if you go down on bended knee. So please keep that in mind if you have a problem.

I met the requirements to become affiliate over a week ago and never received an email. After over a week I decided to contact customer service. The first email reply seemed like someone was doing their job because they asked for a pic of my dashboard to show I met the requirements. I sent the pic and then got a reply back that seemed like the person who sent it did not read the history of the complaint and did not even look at the pic I sent. So I sent another email explaining every thing again. I got what was probably a third person now who again did not read anything I sen and did not read the history. Their customer service is a joke and you can only communicate to them via email. You can not get anyone on the phone to better explain things to them.

I’m writing this with deep frustration and disappointment. My Twitch account (username: BlazelBlaine) was recently suspended due to so-called "fraudulent activity" involving Bits, which I never engaged in knowingly or intentionally.

I never used stolen payment methods, bots, or shady services. I never even purchased Bits. Yet Twitch accused me of purchase fraud without showing any clear proof and permanently suspended my account, along with holding my hard-earned funds. I appealed respectfully, offering full identity verification, IP address, and my history — but I was coldly denied with a template response and told I’ll never hear back again.

As a small creator who worked hard to grow and earn through streaming, this is heartbreaking. I feel silenced, unheard, and completely dismissed. My funds, my effort, and my audience are gone — and I’ve been given no chance to resolve or even discuss it further.

Twitch, I expected better. At the very least, users deserve a fair review, transparency, and a real human response — not automatic judgment.

I urge Twitch to reconsider my case and release my blocked earnings if you truly believe in supporting your creators and community.

I am open to discussing this if Twitch is willing to reach out.

Every employee in this company is a extreme leftist who support terrorists, false defamation and more degeneracy. They go against their own ToS just to support creators who are extreme left

Would highly recommend not using this site. My child was able to find horrific content on it. As well as other commentary about terrorism and other nefarious activities and commentary. Do not fund this corrupt company

Love it but in order to do most things you need a laptop or pc, some people can’t afford a computer therefore it will not be getting 5 stars. Just recently became twitch affiliate, love everything about this app except that I need a laptop in order to fully work it and I do not have one.

Would give 0 stars if possible , horrible company , one rule for some streamers and another for the rest. Twitch is going down the drain can’t even uphold their own rules.

They tricked me into a collaboration event with world of tanks for over a month, i followed all their instructions for HOURS every day.

When i had an issue, not for my fault, they just ignored me and then told me that they couldn't do anything.

The event finished, i had nothing and just wasted hours and hours and hours of my time. Don't trust thier lies.

for 3 months they have only been charging money for subs, gift subs, from which the streamer does not receive a penny. When I ask for a refund, I only receive AI-generated responses. Don't be fooled. I do not recommend

Platform that disgusts me, actively supports terrorist organizations, not banning creators who support such extremist content, in addition to protecting these people, allowing pornographic content for minors under 18, hypocritical actions of the moderation team banning creators who have done infinite better actions, and pretending that nothing wrong happened in relation to openly supporters of terrorist groups, and people who harass other people for not agreeing with the same political opinion.

Very racist platform that supports terrorism and elevates terrorism-supporters like Hasan Piker while banning anyone who speaks up against murder

I used to watch Twitch a lot but it's clear that it's no longer for Gamers. Twitch used to be great for video game streaming. But in addition to now having an incredibly unreasonable amount of adds, it’s now known more for the influencers who use the just chatting section to push far left political propaganda. You have streamers who used to play games, but now sit there talking about US politics all day. Basically you can go on this platform and say the most heinous things, call for illegal actions and get away with it as long as it’s an extreme political left idea. If you want an idea on how bad some of things these streams have said, there’s a real game out on the web that you can play called Twitch streamer or terrorist, where you have to guess if it was a Twitch streamer on stream or a terrorist was responsible for a quote that calls for violence, harm or is incredibly offensive and about 90% of the time it ends up being a Twitch streamer. Don’t get me wrong if a right winger was saying similar things I’d be complaining about them being able to get away with it too. I’m merely pointing out the type of crowd that Twitch is appealing to and the biased nature of the moderation team who refuse to take any action against these streamers. Personally I think that Twitch is literally one real life incident away for getting itself forcibly shut down. You only need one crazy out there to do something that gets linked to something one of their Twitch influencers said and governments will crackdown on it. Kick, Youtube and Rumble are now better places to both stream and watch streamers.

If I could I'd give twitches zero star since I think everybody sits alone in silence. Some people have partners who play the radio while they do their own thing while they're partner streams. Twitch grow up.
