Product not robust enough for just summer opening every now and then. Had to buy replacement handle for Centre piece after 2 years, snapped off, doors dropped so cannot open them. Emailed their sales twice but no reply. Only wanted to know whether they provide servicing service for their bifolds.
Excellent PVC doors delivered quickly and great product. Will use again.
Poor quality products, locks not as specified, toughened glass units poorly manufactured and they don’t accept responsibility....AVOID
You go to the trouble of paying for a quality service, and unfortunately they don't register the job with Fensa (who they are members of) within the time limit- so there's nothing that can be done & they deny all knowledge. Causes lots of stress and expense, and the people you speak to just say its not their problem. Really awful company to deal with.
