WARNING!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!!!

WARNING!!!!!!! Avoid ordering from this micky mouse company!!!!!
Items never received and they gave no help just lies! £116 out of pocket now.
Well done Daryl give your self a pat on the back for the most unhelpful guy 2021.

Great company

Great company. Amazing range of products and staff very helpful. Have been purchasing from them for over 15 years and never had any problems. Easy to recommend.

AVOID this seller

Made mistake!
Ordered tools, forgot to send part of it, blame the couriers, finally sent the rest 5 days and 12 phone calls later, never call me back, left me calling and begging for delivery/tracking update.
Finally! Finally the tool arrive, forklift drove over it, begging and phone calls again!
Finally sent the replacement and collected the damaged!
However, sent 3 more times the courier to collect all ready returned part.
Of course never call me back to confirm or hear what I have to say.
Simple order take me 10 days to sort out!
AVOID this store, pure cowboys.

Best selection and prices

Ordered over 15 times. Never had an issue. Where else has the selection these have ? And best prices online . Keep up the good work

Excellent company

Excellent company. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are consisently low and the store has an incredible range of products. Great to be able to see the products in their excellent store. Their website is easy to use and has useful technical product information. We have buying from TW Wholesale for over 15 years and have always had fabulous service. To us they are an essential local tool supplier who have allowed us to build up our workshops over the years. Thanks guys

Excellent trowel case

Excellent trowel case. When it arrived it had no foam. But I messaged them straight away and it was with me the very next day!!! Would definitely recommend 👌 Brilliant customer services
