Order processing was good. But DHL seem to have lost my parcel as it’s not been received. I asked them to leave it with neighbours and they haven’t even informed me it’s been delivered. So I am chasing up directly with DHL

This company is terrible
This company is terrible. Ordered 2 Plastering buckets, which I never received. According to the company they were left on front porch. I emailed 3 times and had no reply, the phoned and was told I’d get called back the same day. Was called back the next day and basically was not believed I hadn’t received them. The guy on the phone was more worried he would be out of pocket. He said he would look into it and never heard anything. Emailed 2 more times and heard nothing. My contract was with the company not the courier firm. I’ve paid for something and not received it. Terrible service all around and I am out of pocket

First time of ordering with TW Wholesale. Purchase was very easy. Phoned me the day after the order and told me the bits weren't available and were on a back order and would be dispatched as soon as they arrived. Items arrived exactly when said!!

Price, delivery, very good. My wife found this company on line, so, I now have to live with this .......!
