Helpful staff but web site would not take payment from my credit card and took a while to sort out the order on the phone and paying by BACS transfer. Overall very satisfied but took longer for order to be processed than expected because of payment problem.

No communication from this company.
No communication from this company and when i rang they said they had 2 computer systems running and were having issues. They then said they would email me so i could keep in contact directly to person i spoke to. This never happened this is now 4 days after phone call and 10 days after initial order with a 3-5 day delivery given. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Not very happy. Ordered product on line on the Saturday to be delivered in a couple of days. Rang merchant on the Thursday as product had not been delivered to be told it is not in stock. No communication from merchants at all. Poor service.
