They confirmed online order then days later asked for me to re-order did this twice over more than a week but still no
Honouring of order they said payment had not gone through, although they confirmed the order and I was using PayPal.
Not getting the tools I ordered really messed me about with the job I have,
I went somewhere else and got the items in a day paid with PayPal no problem.
All I can say is very poor all round, will certainly never order from them again

Overall, top service and good pricing
Wanted to buy the very latest model of the DeWalt DW745 Table Saw. Many suppliers claimed to sell them but only TW Wholesale could verify that theirs was indeed the latest (type-4).
They responded very quickly to my queries and helped guide me through the purchase. Delivery was fast. Overall, top service and good pricing. Will definitely consider buying from TWW again.

Bought a trowel on the website which stated in stock so I bought two, said 2-3 days delivery, waited two weeks still no delivery, no phone call or email, called them and said its going to be another 3 weeks because out of stock! What a joke

Reasonable communication but a complete let-down
A good price was offered for my order and two contacts to say they were sorry for the delay. After 8 days was told by email that my order had been supplied to them broken so they would not be able to supply. Since then the item is still on their website but at a higher price so why could they not ask me if I was prepared for a further delay?
