Nathan was so helpful, he had fixed my mams boiler in the past and when I contacted him for another repair, he got back to me straight away and helped me discover that I hadn’t switched a valve back on when I re-pressured the boiler - all over the phone. So so helpful and very grateful that he didn’t charge for my stupid mistake. Amazing service!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. We had a new boiler fitted just over a week ago and we honestly could not fault them. From the very start Nathan worked around us, came out to take a look and we had quotes back within a few hours. Super quick response time.

Lee and Karl fitted the boiler on the day and removed our old boiler and water tank. They worked all day none stop. Polite, professional and took care in their work. They removed all rubbish and tidied up once the work was complete.

Had Nathan, Lee & Carl round to replace my non working back boiler & install a new baxi combi boiler.

Could not praise these guys enough. Nathan came out within an hour, I did need a new boiler this time but Nathan came out about 2 years ago, I thought I needed a new boiler then, but Nathan fixed it, wasn’t sure if it would last long but did another 2 years, so he doesn’t try and get you to buy new boiler.
Lee and Karl such nice guys, new boiler fitted, all cleaned up and old boiler taken away. Highly recommend 👍

Have just had a new Combi Boiler put in today by Lee and Carl and can honestly say the process has been fantastic - from quotation from Nathan to installation today - the guys were all friendly and completed the installation quickly and all rubbish taken away - can honestly say I would recommend them totally

Highly recommend Tyne & Wear heating. Excellent communication throughout from Nathan and great service for showing up at short notice to have a look at my boiler. I decided to go for a new one which was fitted by Lee and Carl. I couldn't fault anything, great work and all waste was taken away.

Tyne and Wear Heating fitted a Worcester Bosch boiler for us today. From the initial quote, to fitting the boiler, Nathan has been exceptional. Excellent communication from start to finish. I contacted Nathan from Tyne & Wear Heating as I needed a CP12 gas safety certificate for a rental property. Nathan's communication was swift and efficient. He contacted my tenant and agreed a time and date. The job was done professionally and in a timely manner. I received an emailed copy of the CP12 along with invoice for payment. This is the first time I have used this company and I would not hesitate to use them again, and I would definitely recommend them. G Mackins

I have just had a new vaillant combi boiler fitted by Nathan and Carl. I was worried beforehand as I had never used this company before but I needn't have worried as they were fantastic. The old system was taken out which wasn't an easy job but they handled it all very well. The scrap man came to take everything away as soon as it was out and therefore not sitting outside my house all day. New pipe work added to convert the system to a combi. All done internally rather than having pipe work outside which makes it all look nicer and it feels safer having all the copper pipe work indoors. The electrician even came out on the first day which allowed the heating to be put on gently on the first night. Nice little added bonus not being left cold. The guys were great, everything was tidied up afterwards and they were amazing regarding my animals. Always telling me beforehand if there was going to be any loud noise so that I could make sure they were all OK. I would definitely recommend Tyne and Wear Heating to anyone and I will be using them again for servicing.
