Nathan and his team recently fitted a boiler for me after a flood shorted out our previous one. A very friendly and professional service with great communication throughout. Fitted on a Sunday as we had been without heat or hot water for nearly two weeks. Can’t recommend them enough...Excellent!

Just had a new Combi boiler fitted, Nathan and Carl very professional, their work was to the highest standard, would not hesitate to have them back for any other work I would need doing,and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

We've recently had our Back boiler replaced with a new boiler and all new radiators, by Nathan, Carl, and their apprentice. Their work was excellent, they cleaned up after themselves, and were very friendly throughout.

Just had a boiler fitted by Nathaniel and Carl it was not an easy job as an old back boiler and fire had to be removed and new piping installed.they cleaned up after themselves so no mess afterwards both are very pleasant. Competitive rates as well . Would highly recommend them and a 10 year guarantee as well .

Realising I had to change my boiler I set about getting 3 quotes from various companies. I chose Tyne & Wear Heating (Nathan) as the most outstanding, both in product offer and competitive quote as well as personality and trustworthiness, (being in my home for two days, both of these were important to me). The excellent workmanship, cleanliness and neatness of both Nathan and Carl’s work is highly impressive. We are over the moon with our new boiler, it looks fantastic, it’s very professionally fitted, with the added benefit of a 10 year warranty, and the confidence that we now have a trustworthy and diligent heating engineer that we can call on in the future should we need any assistance in our household heating system. Tyne and Wear Heating (Nathan) was recommended on Wednesday morning by a friend when British Gas advised my old boiler could not be fixed. Nathan visited my property very quickly that morning and provided me with a very competitive quote to replace the boiler. Two days later the new Vailant boiler has been fitted and a new CP12 certificate provided. Excellent job...a very happy customer who can highly recommend this friendly, professional business.
