Absolutely love the products! Used the app to diagnose my skin type and find a produce regimen that is best to suit it!

Hey! It even smells good and I didn’t have access makeup to scrub off the brush or my fingers! Tinted to look natural! Yes please!!!
I also had emailed the staff asking for my tracking because I had the wrong email on my apple account and they were very prompt, friendly, and provided quick resolve! I don’t see myself ever switching my make up and plan to promote them wherever I go because I want to see others as pleased as I am! I know I sound a bit too excited but I’ve searched for good make up for so long and well- I am excited because I’ve finally found it!

I think the makeup itself is fine, but it's so little in the box. I have had it for two days and when I put the stick in to the bottle it dosnt even get anything on it and really hard to suck anything out.

I’m 38 with pretty normal skin but my goal is to prevent aging as much as possible. These products are beautiful and have natural ingredients that make me feel better about using them

I purchased the Redness Kit specifically for my rosacea, trusting the claims that it would be suitable for sensitive skin. However, after only three days of use, my face broke out severely. I developed painful pimples and extreme redness, particularly under my neck, to the point where I looked like a cherry.

The reaction was so severe that I had to request a full refund, yet I am still waiting for a response. Given the hype surrounding this product online, I expected much better. Instead, I am now dealing with the aftermath of a terrible breakout and will need to see a dermatologist.

I am extremely disappointed in this experience and the lack of prompt customer service. I expect an immediate resolution regarding my refund.

Love this make-up skincare product. I bought the second lightest shade—too dark. So I bought the lightest shade—to light. But an even mixture of the two is the perfect shade! Same thing with the under eye cream. The puffiness under my eyes is shrinking. I found Typology on the YouTube channel “Unblah Yourself.” The idea of skin care makeup is great and I like this product.

I wanted to try Typology for a long time, but was skeptical because of my age (over 50). To my surprise the product provided just enough coverage to let me love the 'no makeup, makeup look' on myself.

I really wanted to love Typology, but I’m disappointed with how my order cancellation was handled. I realized there was a mistake with the shades just a few hours after placing my order and immediately submitted a cancellation request.
It feels frustrating knowing the order could’ve been stopped in time, especially since it hadn’t been processed yet. I was really hoping for quicker communication and better customer service in this situation.

I still like the concept of the brand, but I’m hesitant to order again because of the lack of responsiveness when I needed help the most.

I have recently come across this brand through TikTok and I must say, I am highly impressed. The superior quality of their products has surpassed my initial expectations, and the level of customer service I have received so far has been exceptional. While Shiseido has always been my preferred choice, Typology is swiftly becoming a new favorite of mine.

DO NOT BUY. I bought products as they seemed nice. Received today, I have NOT opened the products cause just by looking at the glassbottle the color "Fair" is not the shade fair should be, so I want return the entire unopened package. But THERE IS NO WAY to return, they have made so you cant return on website but have to request it, just to fool customers. I demand you answer me so I can return products BEFORE 14 days, I will otherwise sue this company as we have lawyers in my entire family that will help. Shipped in US, not DK.

Edit: They answer here politely but not on my mails. Good way to fool customers.

Great products but I was left feeling very angry at the customs charges and additional handling fees of £42!!! Having ordered from Typology previously, I hadn't paid any vat or customs charges so felt comfortable that this would be the case with my next order. It wasn't. Customer service just pointed me in the direction of their terms of sale hidden at the bottom of their website. Be aware that the price listed on the product website might not be what you actually pay. I won't be a return customer again. They need to improve.

Love this 9 ingredient lotion My skin is extremely sensitive I have combo skin but most facial lotions do not moisturize my skin other well This is my holy grail face lotion I highly recommend

Very disappointed that they have no exchange protocol set up for the tinted serum. At 40+ dollars you should have the opportunity to exchange if the shade is not right.

There is no way to get in contact with this brand. They have a no-reply email address set up. No contact information is in their packaging. You get no response from the website contact form and they have no other email address listed. I had to Google their email address and still got no response from them. I would just like to return my unused products. You should avoid Typology, they are not worth the hassle.

I just discovered Typology and have been extremely pleased with this brand. I love that it is vegan, with minimal and eco-friendly packaging, and that it scores so well on Yuka. My skin also loves these products, especially in the dry winter. I have been using the 9-ingredient moisturizer, hyaluronic serum, vit c serum, and under-eye serum, and I have seen a noticeable difference in my skin's texture and radiance after a month of using these products. Will definitely be purchasing more!

I love this brand so much
I was looking for a brand that deeply cares for the customer's understanding of the product, with products that perform as is stipulated on the product's specifications and with ingredients that aren't harmful, and with fair prices of course! and I finally found Typology. My favorite products are SPFs (easy to remove at night, gentle with the skin, does the job (which for a person with sunlight sensitivity/allergy it means a lot), foundations, after-sun serum, cleansers, green corrector. I'm still quite surprised since I didn't expect to find a brand that would be as good as this one, for me.

Don't waste your money. If you pick a color that isn't right, you can't exchange and they don't give refunds. Wish I knew that before I purchased. What a waste.

Love the products I ordered: serum, for ashes, tinted oil for lips, mascara. Looks natural which is what I wanted.

I love the products from Typology, they are great for my very sensitive skin and the only brand that doesn’t give me skin problems. There was one order I didn’t receive, but I got in contact with their customer service and it was resolved very quickly.
