10/10 this is my first time using tyre savings but it definitely won’t be the last! The process was simple and no hidden costs involved, just pay at the garage after fitting!!

Waste of time

I turned up at a garage to be told there's no record of a booking and no tyres to fit.

Total waste of my time.

Tyres delievered on time, company told me they were ready to install. Took literally 24hr

Absolute waste of my time and petrol driving to a garage to have tyres fitted and they had no record of any order. Do not use this company!!

Ordered 4 new tyres had confirmed order by email . Booked Formula One Autocentres to fit . No tyres and no order ever place complete waste of time . Then tried to phone help line yet another waste of time ! NEVER again .

Ordered 2 tyres for an appointment time of 12:30-1:30, drove 60 mile round trip as no tyres at the fitters, better still I wasn’t even booked in.
The garage phoned me at 4:45 to tell they had arrived. Charged me £75 for mobile fitting? The garage was very kind and knocked it off my bill. Won’t be using again.

Made booking online, went to the formula 1 fitting centre at booking time was told the fitting cannot be done till a few days needed the job doing then, couldn’t get thru to anyone to speak about the booking at tyresavings first time using these cowboys would use these guys or formula 1 fitting centres

Strongly recommend to avoided, ordert 6 times from tyresavings.com and only one time fitted on the day booked for, one time delay by one week, another time moved date twice, very disappointed, never agai👎👎👎👎👎

Ordered a tyre, been to the fitting centre on the date and time they instructed me on the email just to find out my tyres hasn't arrived( as they moving stock between their warehouses). Same thing they said more then half a year ago when i ordered another tyre from them but at least that time they let me know before my appointment time.
I wouldn't bother to order from them again

Booked two tyres to be fitted along with MOT. Email received saying everything was confirmed. Evening before appointment garage phoned saying not possible to do mot as fully booked. So I drove to garage for tyre fitting only to be told they could not fit for around four hours. I had no option other than pay full price for tyres and take them to another garage and pay £24 for them to fit them. Absolute joke.... There is no cross check between booking a timed appointment on tyresavings and the actual garage. Don't trust them. When I emailed them they have not replied and they don't answer the phone either.

Very poor service!!
I was reluctant to use an online tyre service but thought I would give them a go,and the last time for me.
First order they cancelled on me.
Now today turn up for my fitting at 11:30am to be told I can’t have them fitted until 3pm and will take 1hour and a half to fit!!!
No good to me!!
Will not be using in the future

Booked 2 front typres on Sunday 25th Sept.
I turned up 8.30 am at the local garage on Sat Oct 1st. The garage say that they have no booking, have had no arrangement with Tyresavings.com for at least 6 months, have had no notification from you about this appointment and have no tyres to fit for me. Immediately Emailed Tyresavings to fix it. Followed up with phoncall - answeing service busy and broken. Still No response after 24 hours. Cheap? sure. But even if they are free, whats the point if they dont actually deliver or respond. Save you time and go to Black Circles, Camskill, Asda or anywhere else...

Shocking..

I bought tyres from Halfords and they didn't come I waste 3 days and still waiting for refund ......when I get there they want to sell me some really expensive tyres instead !!!! fail !!!!! so I decided to order tyres from thresaving com i didn't pay anything they run out of stock but they replaced it with more expensive tyres for same price with fitting included in price definetly Ill buy from them again

Ordered tyres and booked a fitting date, arrived to the dealer to find out these had not been delivered. So have them the benefit of the doubt and contacted them to book another date. Once again arrived at the garage to find these have not been delivered. The service is a joke and no updates were given to say why this was happening just passing the blame onto others. Would never use this service again

Going on holiday in 2 days and managed to get a bolt in 1 of my rear Tyres. Found tyresavings and ordered 2 new rear tyres to be fitted in a garage close to me. Took my car to the garage only to get a call an hour later that tyresavings had not delivered my tyres, the garage called them only to be told they had none in stock. I Received no communication from tyresavings.com that this was the case. So 1 day before holiday I'm panicking, lucky the garage managed to source tyres from elsewhere.

2 tyres ordered. Delivered on-time to local fitter (Just Tyres in Potters Bar) and fitted excellently. Price was the best I could find. Only issue was that my car has different tyres front and back - the front was out of stock so had to buy from alternative. But all was clear when I placed the order (including call to Tyre Savings York office) and not really an issue. This was a good buying and then service experience by the garage - I would recommend.

Looked online for 2 tyres for my vehicle found some on their site that I liked the look of at a really good price so I booked them for fitting on a Saturday morning .
Received confirmation emai... great or so I thought not long after received email telling the chosen fitting station couldn't do and to pick another .
But none of the other stations were within a reasonable drive so had to go elsewhere

awful company to deal! Never ever again. Just not to waist your time. Ordered 2 tires, said will be at the local garage on Wednesday. Nothing arrived. Then they moved for Friday and delivered 2 different make tires expecting I will accept it. Jokers

Booked online and had an email to arrive at Formula One Autocentres at my specified time.
Arrived to be told that Tyresavings.com are aware that Formula One do not honour their appointment slots and to leave my car until its ready. Called Tyresavings call center to be told there is nothing they can do about it. Absolutely appalling service.
