When it comes to the delivery I was blown away I ordered them on Tuesday and I received them on Thursday literally 2 days from NSW to South Australia I was told to expect them to arrive in 7 days from the day I ordered them, I highly recommend recommend TYROOLA and will most certainly go through them in the future

Ordered 4 tryes for a good price, needed them fitting quickly and an affiliate fitter was located just around the corner from my work according to the website so added this. Sweet everything taken care of.
Well......No.
Once I had completed the order I was asked to contact the fitter to arrange fitting. I found the details for the fitter were out of date (wrong number and address) I also couldn't get hold of the fitter because (as it turned out) he was on holiday.
Tyroola had already begun shipping my order to a non-existent address so I had to contact them to advise that the details for their audited fitter were out of date and that they needed to be updated and my tyres redirected.
April and George on the phone were as helpful as they could be but the damage had already been done.
To be honest for the amount of hassle this was, it wasn't worth the money saved by not buying and fitting at a local outfit, very disappointing.

I bought a set of tyres for $220 each. It was buy 3 and get 1 free. I purchased they and see a few days later that the price has gone down to $190 a tyre. I feel like they artificially inflated the prices just to make them look cheaper. I also booked to get my tyres fitted. I confirmed in online. I called they tyre shop to confirm the time and they had no booking. Another person had the same issue when I did get my tyres fitted. The tyres shop was good. Overall I feel a bit disappointed with the whole experience.

Thanks to Rina for quickly sorting out my order when stock wasn't available. Thanks.

Great pricing and very quick pre-sales and post-sales response time. Problem resolution was excellent after a new tyre sustained road damage.

I bought a set of 4 tyres for my car and had a good experience ordering them. Had a small issue with the order but the customer service team did a great job in promptly resolving the issue. I’m waiting for my order to arrive and hope it will go smoothly as well. Thank you Rina for the excellent service.

4 X Tyres were ordered and shipped to Rapid Tune Virginia, this process went relatively smoothly except for the fitters not putting in new valve stem which resulted in a slow leak, meaning I had to return within days of the fitting (2 hours wasted)
I recently noticed a bulge in one of the tyres (tyres are 8-9 weeks old) so I contacted Tyroola asking if this was cover as a manufacturing fault? After filling out the form buying a steel ruler and measuring the tread depth, taking numerous pictures and submitting, I was blankly told this is impact damage, which it is not....thus is partly my fault for buying cheap tyres but if they are not fit for purpose (ie: driving on roads) they shouldn't be sold. The company pro rata's the tread wear so only partially refunds the tyre and ignores the fitting and balancing cost completely.
I have purchased many sets of tyres in my life and this is easily the worst experience I have ever had with a 'tyre' retailer.
In future I will revert to purchasing from a reputable tyre shop....lesson learnt 😬

I bought 5 M/T (Mud Terrain) tyres on the internet during the Black Friday sales from Tyrola's online store. I also opted for their fitting service at Zimma's tyres in Jimboomba QLD. Tyrolas site didnt give me any options with what I required or didnt require when fitting my tyres. Upon making the fitting appointment over the phone the fitter agreed to refund the disposal costs as I intended to save my good existing tyres and take them home with me. This is why I went ahead with the chosen fitter. During the actual fitment of the tyres I asked the fitter for the my disposal refund as we discussed and agreed to on the phone. All of a sudden they didnt recall having the conversation on the phone. Then they proceeded to tell me to contact Tyrola for the refund as I paid Tyrola directly. Whilst I was at the fitter I phoned Tyrola who told me this would have to be run by the manager and they would give me a call back. I didnt hear back from them. Just for the record Zimmos was extremely slow in fitting the tyres and they seemed to be more interested in chatting to each other in the back of the workshop than actually fitting my tyres. At the end of fitment I was told to take the car and come back for the refund when its approved. They also told me that they will let Tyrola know that I took the removed tyres with me for future refitment. I never heard back from Tyrola so I called them again. They kept being evasive so I emailed Tyrola and complained about this transaction and how I was charged for a service that I didnt require or receive. Tyrola then proceeded to contact the fitter Zimmos who apparently said that my aluminium valve stems were rusted so they had to angle grind them out of the rims to fit new ones. Considering there are 2x rubber washers holding the valve stems in place and also making an air tight seal. Removal from the rims wouldnt have been such a drama as the claims have been made by the fitter and tyrola. I know for a fact the stems werent rusted because they werent made of steel. I specifically placed these aluminium stems into the rims as they dont rust and had a protective coating on them from manufacturer. I supplied them to the previous fitter of my tyres. The nuts had some superficial surface rust but that wouldnt have hampered the removal of the valve stems. and I tightened them periodically as they had a tendency to become loose over time. I always carry spare valve stems just incase I break one or 2 off road. Zimmos destroyed the valve stems and never wanted to show them to me and never returned the aluminium stems to me. They used my spares to replace the previous ones. Zimmos used this as an excuse to keep the disposal fee and to NOT refund. Tyrola backed/s there fitter and also refuses to refund the disposal fees.
I have been threatened with legal ramifications if I give an honest account of my purchase and also if I give a negative review in relation to my experience and how Ive been treated with this transaction.
NOT GOOD.
For anyone reading this please beware of what you are paying for or NOT receiving after payment. Full disclosure for what your being charge for isnt apparent. I was charged for a service that I did NOT require. I am left out of pocket financially on this occasion. I will NOT recommend Tyrola or Zimmas tyres. They were deceptive in how they charged me and the service they provide. I was openly lied too. I entered into this purchase in good faith and was excited to have these tyres on my car for the Xmas holidays. Now I have a sour taste in my mouth and am somewhat disappointed that I was openly lied to and deceived by certain parties.
Think twice before being tempted in using Tyrola and Zimmas services. In future I will buy from Bob Jane T mart who has always fitted my tyres and been upfront and open about what work Im being charged for. Any well known tyre fitters with physical stores seem to be the way to go as you get better service and they are more reliable. Big physical stores dont lie to get you through the door and then revoke what they have promised to do. They are always busy and booked out for good reason.
I suggest you to play safe and beware of what you are signing up for on the net. Especially if you are spending big $$$ on very expensive tyres, rims or the like. I got caught out this time round. Once bitten twice shy. These guys have lost my future business no matter how tempting the deals might be. If I could give a negative star I would. Unfortunately for this review I am forced to give 1 star to be able to have it posted.
Hope this review helps someone from getting screwed.

Could have gone sideways
The Agent was very helpful over the phone. One of the tyres I ordered was out of stock, Rina cancelled my order for the other tyre I had purchased and found me 2 new alternative tyres. She said she would contact me when the issue was solved and she followed up.

Tyroola has always been great tyre supplier. I've bought from them a lot of times in the past 5 years, and each time has always been a pleasure. Communication is always swift, updates are always quick, deliveries are hassle free and fast too if it's same state as your delivery address (same day delivery if within area of dispatch). Always been truthful and will make sure you know you're getting a take-down tyre in what condition.

I sent an email with my issue and received a response from Mary in customer service the same day. She is fantasic, from the first contact until resolved it was a total of 5 days including the weekend. If I had of given the documents earlier it would've been resolved even quicker. Tyroola are a fantastic company to deal with and will be happy to continue using them for my tyres. Fast and very efficient. Also my suggestion is pay the extra $20.00 to have the tyre protection for 12 months. It really is worth it considering the state of the roads in Melbourne.

The tyres I ordered were out of stock but she contacted me and arranged replacement tyres to be delivered urgently on the same day to the tyre fitter.

An excellent experience. I booked the tyre purchase and fitting online with my preferred fitter in West Melbourne. When I got the tyres fitted, the technician at the shop mentioned that I didn’t really need the alignment I had paid for and suggested I ask for a refund for that part of the service. I asked this of Tyroola - they said no worries, and they processed my refund instantly—no back-and-forth, just a quick resolution.
