I bought 4 new Pirelli tyres in June, 2025 - first time via Tyroola. Fast forward to November, 2025 we managed to clip a gutter and damage the sidewalls on 2 of the relatively new tyres.

It turns out we had paid for tyre protect. Tyroola presented 2 options:

1. To pay us out, taking into account 16% wear and tear on the tyres, we'd receive 84% of the cost originally paid for the tyres;
2. To send new tyres (same production year as originally purchased tyres).

We chose the first option. Mary (support lady) was great to deal with, informative and attentive. She processed our case without delay.

Despite the quick turnaround, due to the online nature of the business and the shipping involved, this process can take a few days and if you urgently need your car on road, a conclusion and new tyres are unlikely to happen on the same day or overnight.

Overall a great and positive experience.

Mary from customer service has been exceptional and very supportive. staff like her proves the quality of the Tyroola brand and build me significant confidence to continue shopping with the brand.

To start I accidentally put the wrong tyre profile in my order, I got a message wrong tyre for your car...I quickly fixed the order and got right size tyres...The tyres arrived at the fitters and I received a call that when ever I was available to have fitted, sorry I am in hospital for a few days, no problem we will hold them till your home. It worked out 10 days but again no trouble give us a call..I had great service and care from supplier and the Oneils shop and the staff and fitters in Newcastle.

Most convenient and seems to be cheapest way to buy tyres.

Easy purchasing process. Fast and efficient rectification and refund of a portion of the bill resulting from unexpected complications due to 3rd party factors. (My car was too low for the alignment machine 😅)

Very easy insurance claim, mary jane helped a lot and finished the claim in few days and sent my tyre. She was sending e mails fast aswell, total G.

I’ve used Tyroola twice now for Pirelli P Zero tyres, and both times have been excellent. The prices and deals are hard to beat, and the quality of the tyres is top-notch. The support team has also been very helpful, even assisting me with arranging a discount on a full set of four tyres.
A big thank you to April and the Tyroola team you made the whole process smooth and easy. I highly recommend Tyroola for anyone looking for the best value and great customer service.

Website is really easy to use and navigate, i do wish i could just search what type of tyre i want without needing to put the size in first, it would make looking through options easier but overall good site layout and customer service was excellent

Mary and the team at Tyroola have always been very accommodating and prompt with their service.
Price, quality and service has always been great value with Tyroola and their network of fitters.
I wouldn't consider buying and fitting my tyres from anywhere else than Tyroola.

Do not buy from this mob. The product is shonky and old and they do not honour the product protection policy they con you into buying . Instead they throw up a tonne of red tape which if you invested in providing this unreasonable amount of information would cost you more in terms of time and money than the tyres themselves

When I asked to invoke the product protection they threw a pre canned laundry list of requirements at me

Strongly recommend you avoid online budget outfits and just deal with your local tyre shop and deal with an actual human

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a tyre with fitment and alignment through Tyroola’s partner Watts Western Rubber. Straight after leaving, my BMW X4 gave a low tyre pressure warning "stop immediately" on the freeway. I later found out they had inflated all four tyres the same, even though the car has different sizes front and rear.

After returning from overseas, the car was vibrating under braking and pulling left. I had it checked at Bob Jane Midland, who confirmed the wheel alignment was “out heaps” and the tyre Watts fitted was missing a weight due to poor workmanship. They clearly stated this issue couldn’t have developed in such a short time. I paid $179 to have everything re-done.

I sent the report and invoice to Tyroola. Mary initially told me they would reimburse me if the report showed poor workmanship, but after weeks of back-and-forth she completely brushed me off and blamed “road hazards, inflation, or driving habits.” Instead of taking accountability, they offered me a discount on future tyres.

I wasted half a day, paid extra out of pocket, and was left driving an unsafe car because of their partner’s unprofessional work. Tyroola refused to stand by their word.Unfortunately, after this experience, I don’t feel confident ordering from them again.

Purchased tires for my Model 3 order -TY969297202 although they came up as compatable on the website they turned out not to be EV tires and the fitting partner agreed they were not a good match, Time from requesting refund and advised I would be charged $240 has been over 3 weeks and still no refund. If you do use them do your own research on the tires and keep in mind returns is a difficult process.

Tylaroo the wait period is too long 4 days v had to wait for a tyre to be delivered then fitted in its easier search for other options says next day when you purchase the tyre as soon as you purchase then it changes its updates not reliable company dont recommend

Everything was super easy, quick and with great price from beginning to the end. Having other clients' reviews on tires made it super helpful and easy to buy with confidence. Their fitting partners with clearly detailed pricing are easy to find especially with the map option. The only thing to improve is the directive on when to call the fitting partners to book an appointment. Once that was sorted, the fitting service was excellent and at the best price around.

I’ve purchased my tyres this way twice now. The first time wasn’t great but that was due to the Fitment Centre not being a great place to go to. Second time around I chose a place that had good reviews and now this will be the only way I get my tyres from now on.
