It was a great online experience
It was a great online experience, I purchased Michelin Pilot Sport 5 for my Tesla Model 3 with 4 wheel alignment.
The tyres were promptly delivered to Tyreright Brookvale and the team there were very courteous and professional. They completed the work in 45 minutes.
I would happily do it again and recommend this to my family and friends.

Great Service! Highly Recommend!
I was skeptical at first but decided to try it out after a very thorough search for tyres online. I made my order on a Monday and decided to go with the mobile fitting service. By Tuesday arvo, my new set of 4 tyres were on my car and good to go. Very quick and efficient. The transparency from the start was also great with both Tyroola and the mobile tyre fitting company which made the whole process a lot easier and trustworthy. I can’t speak for everyone but my experience using Tyroola was great and I’ll definitely be using them again in future. Thanks again Tyroola and Mobile Tyre Shop!

To Borrow from the Legendary Ozzy Man - This Experience Led Me Straight to "Destination Perfect"
Starting with the initial order from Supercheap Auto, Tyrola was who they used which I found after a long search finding them, then looked for quite a while to get some difficult to get hold of tyres for my high performance vehicle with nonstandard wheels it was an impressive amount of time for them to make contact after the purchase and kept me posted start to finish then the tyres to be delivered to the mobile fitter.
Contact was made by the mobile fitter outlining the process and very soon after advised the 4 new tyres had been received by them and roughly 48 hours later, I met the installer Camron as he arrived at my place for installation and was ready to rock & roll.
It all happened so fast I had trouble keeping up, but the finished product was way beyond any expectations I had. Supercheap Auto & Tyrola both followed up after the delivery to ensure everything had arrived within the estimated timeframe and was all sorted to my satisfaction which was good also, good to see there are still companies out there that are on the ball and were genuinely interested in my opinion and how I rated my experience. So, big green ticks for all 3 parties involved.
Lastly, the knowledge, skills, care taken in working on my baby and the decent & professional attitude Camron displayed was top notch and there needs to be more than 5 stars to adequately show the calibre of the install and finished product which made a considerable difference in the smoothness of the ride I hadn't felt for quite some time plus the way the new shoes felt was like the entire surface of them was contacting the road instead of irregularly worn tyres almost impossible to drive in the wet without spinning the wheels at 80km/h - 100km/h with traction control on these sit snugly on the road.

Bought a set of tyres + fitting + wheel…
Bought a set of tyres + fitting + wheel allignment. Next day was told - OUT OF STOCK, - offered cheap ones. Didn't want the cheap ones, was told they'll get back to me, no one did. Called next day myself, was offered similar tyres just $120 more on top what i already paid. Complete waste of time!

Tyroola sold 2 years old stock tyres and refuse refund the service fee They didn't provide
The tyres replacement is done on 4/9/24.
However, I found the tyres is made by 2022. Photo attached. It mean it is almost 2 years old. I am very disappointed tyroola sold 2 years old tyres as new tyres. We all know old tires will affect the use experience and service life.
Also, carline automotive only changed tyres but didn't provide 4 wheel alignment service. The man in the shop told me I need to change control arm Bush part. They will provide me the quote for change the parts and do wheel alignment after parts changed.
Base on bad experience, I request compensate for you sold 2 years old tyres as brand new tyres to me. Also, please refund the 4 wheel alignment charge $79 ASAP as they didn't provide the service.

We take pride in providing only brand-new tyres, and our warehouses adhere to strict guidelines to ensure they remain in top condition for optimal safety and performance.

My first purchase from Tyroola and I little nervous but no regrets about anything involved. Weren’t in stock but left an email for them to contact me when they were. Two weeks later boom they are in stock, easy purchase, discounted first time purchase which paid for the delivery which was fast to my local tyre store.
