Lanry Lucky was phenomenal and had a lot of patience with me :) He is excellent in his job! And I was able to renew my license in AOMEI and carry on.

Quality product and stellar after-sale service!

Over the years, whenever I have to reinstall my devices, the team always responds quickly to my reg key reset requests. Every support person I've corresponded with has been consistently amazing. Most recently Kamlee Kamlee, who was prompt, friendly, helpful, a clear communicator, and a pleasure to work with. The tool has been a bit of a life-saver, too!

Backupper Pro & Customer Service

I like the user interface & functionality in The Pro version. I find it’s pretty easy to follow for a home user. I had an issue where I had to do a full re-install of Windows & also had to change out some non-working parts on my tower PC. The licence key for AOMEI no longer worked, however an email followed by a quick response had me re-installing it successfully within a day. Thankyou Lanry Lucky for your assistance. Anyone looking for a decent suite for Disk and file management should give AOMEI a try.

Long story short

Long story short: I lost my license key. I wrote an email to Aomei support that was answered by Fiona within an hour. She sent me my key with no fuss, no muss. I am extremely impressed with her level of service. 10 stars!

SSD replacement

I highly appreciate the quick respond of the tech support and the way the issue was solved .
The problem was caused by the fact that I had to renew my SSD with a new unit, this is where the software stopped working, and I had to contact the Tech support to solve the issue with the offline registration.
A replacement of a SSD should not trigger a a change of the Machine code which causes the cancelation of the Offline registration code, the software should be more flexible in way of system recovery.
I paid for a lifetime package and I am disappointed with the complexity of the registration process during the recovery process after SSD renewal.

Excellent Service

For some reason AOMEI Backupper ceased to work! I contacted the support services and a prompt reply was received from Owen Tan.

He asked for more details about the issue but suggested an immediate option to try which I followed.

Result: All working again. Thank you Owen Tan.
