What a useless company this is.

25 days with no resolution after case was escalated

I have been unable to create a new Ubisoft account since 26 January 2026. I contacted Ubisoft Support after trying for multiple days using two different email addresses, multiple passwords, and different devices.

On the Ubisoft website, clicking “Create Account” simply reloads the page with no error message. On the Ubisoft Connect app, an error appears but provides no meaningful detail. I supplied screenshots, detailed explanations, and answered all support questions promptly.

On 27 January 2026, Ubisoft Support confirmed that my case was escalated to the appropriate team. Since then, I have followed up multiple times (29 January, 5 February, and 20 February), but I have received no updates, no resolution, and no further communication.

At this point, the issue has been unresolved for 25 days, despite full cooperation on my side and confirmation that the case was escalated. This has completely prevented me from accessing Ubisoft services.

What’s most disappointing is not the technical issue itself, but the lack of communication after escalation. For a company of this size, this level of support is unacceptable.

I’ve now left a public review due to 25 days without resolution. I’ll gladly update it once this issue is resolved.

Scammed after years of loyal custom

I’ve played just dance games for years, pretty much since their conception on the Wii. Some of them I would even play blundfolded as a challenge…

But I am a bit done with them now. I bought a modern version of the game, purchased the unlimited subscription, and now can’t use it because they messed up the licensing and can’t be bothered to clean up their mess.

Penny pinchers. Will be selling my copy of the game 2nd hand, if for no other reason than to hopefully reduce their sales by 1.

Scammers. We need to start blacklisting companies like this from our investment portfolios so that they are forced to listen to the market.

I bought Star Wars Outlaw and 2 DLCs…

I bought Star Wars Outlaw and 2 DLCs from EPIC. Pirate Fortune wasn't included. I contacted EPIC, and they told me to contact Ubisoft. They know how to sell the company's games, but they back down at the first problem. I contacted Ubisoft, and they acknowledged it. But even after two months, the DLC is still missing. I haven't heard from Ubisoft either. And then they ask why I use pirated copies. I hope these money-obsessed companies go bankrupt soon.

Subject: COMPLAINT: Ticket #24982732 - 45 days of support failure and bias

I am writing to formally complain about the incompetent and biased service I have received regarding my account.

For 45 days, I have been providing absolute proof of ownership, including:

Official Steam purchase receipts.

Transaction IDs.

Proof of active login through a linked Steam account.

Your support team (Ticket #24982732) continues to send me automated 'copy-paste' responses, claiming they cannot verify me without giving a single reason. This is unacceptable for a company of Ubisoft's size.

If your system ignores ironclad financial documents and active partner-platform links, then your verification process is broken. I suspect that my location is being used as a hidden reason for this denial of service, despite your claims that it 'doesn't matter.'

I have already left a 1-star review on Trustpilot. I demand that a Senior Manager reviews my case and restores my access immediately. I will not stop until this is resolved and will continue to share this experience publicly

I'm sending you this review because…

I'm sending you this review because none of your Assassin's games are complete, they freeze at certain levels and not even one of them ends up having a different problem from the other, rightly so I think it's a total standstill, then you can play shift f2 co-op but cry not from f2, then the internet is slower than yours and it freezes every time I refund you, I declare it affirmatively

They don't have a complaints policy

Ubisoft and their anti cheating auto detection have wrongly banned my young adult autistic son from the very thing that his life revolves around. They have stated we have a keyboard and mouse and are cheating, this is physically impossible as we do not have a mouse or keyboard, I have a work laptop and he has his xbox and controller. They have then stated that us using a non microsoft controller is the cause, again we only own an official microsoft wireless controller. He is being penalised for the thing he excels at and I now have a very upset vulnerable adult at home who can't understand the fairness of this as it is not fair. Support are no help and when requesting how to lodge a formal complain they have told me they don't have a complaints procedure so I can't log anything other than a support ticket that they keep closing down. Totally unacceptable and disgusting behavior from them.

He has worked hard for the last 4 years to get his status and is days away from the status for this season and now stands no chance as they have blocked him unfairly

Ubisoft

Ubisoft: Keep My $17.99 – You’ve Earned Every Bad Review Coming Your Way
After years of dealing with Ubisoft’s nonsense, this auto-renewal scam was the breaking point.
On January 28, 2026, Ubisoft+ auto-renewed for $17.99 without any real warning or intent on my part to continue. I disputed it the same day via PayPal—no logins, no games added, no downloads, zero playtime in the new cycle.
Ubisoft’s “proof”? Screenshots showing activity from November 28, 2025—two months earlier, completely irrelevant.
Support denied the refund twice:
• First, they claimed the subscription was “active” and I’d “used” it (ignoring the timeline mismatch).
• Then, after escalation request: “Your region is not eligible under our refund policy” (US customers get zero recourse on renewals). They closed the ticket with fake sympathy: “We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for… heavy heart.”
Their policy is predatory: once charged, tough luck—no exceptions for accidental renewals, no partial refunds, no care for zero use. They pocket the money and move on.
I don’t even want the $17.99 back anymore. Keep it. Use it to fund the next broken launch or MTX push. You’ve lost me permanently, and I’m done being treated like an ATM.
Ubisoft isn’t just bad at support—they’re actively hostile to customers. Ghosted franchises, forced online DRM, The Crew shutdowns, subscription traps… it’s a pattern.
Spread the word: Avoid Ubisoft+ and anything tied to their ecosystem if you value your money and sanity. The bad reviews are well-deserved.
Worst company in US gaming. Period.

Hello ,

Please try to do anything and everything possible to secure your account and thus limit the need for communication with the support, the timeframe is ridiculous .
It's unacceptable one has to wait for a month to receive a ticket response let alone a resolution , simply appalling .

If I could leave zero stars I would

If I could leave zero stars I would. I downloaded a game on steam and it required me to create a Ubisoft account but no matter which avenue I tried to take to create an account, it wouldn’t do anything past the first form entry. Then eventually it blocked me for “too many attempts”. So keep your game and I’ll keep my money and make sure that nothing I play is affiliated with Ubisoft.
