This company could not do enough for me I ordered a photo blind but u c said it would not look that good so the company came up with a new idea and this worked really well this is a company that cares

Recommended to us by my daughter who has used UC blinds twice in last couple of years and also her mother in law. We were not disappointed excellent service from first call to a lovely efficient lady on the end of the phone to the the friendly professional young man who came out to measure and to the guy who came to fit the blinds, he was genuine, super efficient again and tidy, really nice man. We wanted 3 electric blinds to cover sunroom windows. I contacted UC Blinds and Ben provided advice, saying the cassette type blind would be best. Ordered and they arrived within a few days. I had problems fitting the blinds to the plasterboard on top of the recess. I contacted UC blinds and they sent me facing brackets to fit to the frame, received within 2 days. The blinds clicked in very easily to the new brackets. Down loaded the instructions for the Louvolite controller. Took me a while to synchronise all 3 blinds, this was partly due to me not reading the instructions properly. They look great and work as expected

Arrived on time. Exactly as expected ( I’d already sent for samples) . Easy to fit , fits exactly .

Order received promptly, minor problem was corrected and received within 24 hours.

Fitter Dave was very good at his job, and what he did, and explained how to use the blinds..Will recommend Dave the Fitter to anyone and everyone.

I liked the blind, sample and extra piece given by UC blinds. Only thing I wish to improve is give estimated timeline for delivery as I had no idea how long it will take to get my blinds, however they came within 10 days

Ordered a blind on 31st July with a despatch date of 15th Aug confirmed to be by them via text on the 4th Aug. Lunchtime 16th had no update so phoned to ask, said it was dispatched but courier was closed and would phone me back tomorrow with tracking. Next day no phone call waited another day just incase but still nothing. Then got a text saying it’s delayed a week, spoke on phone with them not really interested and just saying to me how it takes three weeks to make a blind and that all their despatch information was incorrect and basically not fit for purpose, as if I had a cheek querying it. Next day get another phone call saying order delayed a further 2-3 weeks as they in fact have no material for making the blind which is 19 days after order placed and 3 days after dispatch date . Seems like a place best avoided who have poor service and poor staff ,now getting refund as I’m sure in 3 weeks it will be moved to Christmas which is likely when refund will come if it’s like the blind.

I liked the fact that the problem was resolved quickly. One blind had several slats upside-down and and was a little short the mechanism on the other blind did not work properly. Perhaps they should be checked more thoroughly.

My 2 blinds arrived very quickly.
They were as described on the website and fitted perfectly.
However it was only when they were up that I realised both wand and cord were on the left despite ordering wand on left,cord on right.
Although this was slightly inconvenient, it wasn't worth the hassle of returning them but I did ring them to tell them of their mistake.
Unfortunately the person who answered the phone was off hand and impatient.
Only after checking my order did she offer a half hearted apology.
A " 10% off your next order " voucher would have been a nice gesture.
Following my review I received a phone call from UC blinds who offered sincere apologies for getting my order wrong and they sent me a 20%discount voucher for any future order.
I am happy that they followed up my review as I think it shows they do care about the service they offer their customers.

Really helpful, I contacted them as I needed a non-standard item, they reviewed and confirmed that they could accomadate the request. The item was made and disptached very quickly.

Quality product - I ordered a made to measure, waterproof, black out blind. It was made in the exact measurements I gave. Very pleased.

Nothing has been rectified you expect me to pay for your websites failure think again
