They only got 1 star because there isn't an option for 0 star! I have never dealt with a company this bad on every level. There solution to most problems is to not answer the phone and hope it goes away. It would take too long to list all their failings.

If you are a business looking for a courier to give you a bad name, then this is the courier for you. Shockingly rude delivery driver. Even more shocking attitude from the manager when we spoke to him to try and resolve the shoddy service we were receiving from their team member.
