Sad they joined forces with ESPN ... i prefered them without them... the ufc should break up with them ...

In Canada. Most fights are blocked from my area. Now, every single prelim card is ONLY on ESPN +. So why was I paying $10/month? To watch what few fight pass prelims weren't blocked from me. Even if I paid for the pay per view AND fight pass I'm still missing the prelim bouts plus the fight pass bouts if blocked. Waste of money and their customer service couldn't give half a poop.

Awful value for money and navigating website is a challenge. Worst part is you cannot watch fights (main cards) in real time, even though they are non PPV ones. What's the point?

Ever since the new layout came about the quality of the footage is unwatchable. Laggy, quality drops then gets better for a few seconds as well as volume changing from poor to good. Nothing wrong on my end tried and tested everything including chatting to their tech support and I watch Netflix, Stan other streaming services with NO problems!

Worse is when I purchase their PPVs not only is it poor streaming quality it actually attempts to load for minutes on end and I have put through multiple cases via paypal and won them all.

Screw you UFC you have chosen to go cheap with your streaming servers to save and I'm done with it and I will find other ways to watch PPVs and you wont be getting my money for a service that doesn't function.

Just cancelled Fight pass! Annoyed that the high ranking fights require an additional payment.

Fight pass used to be great, perhaps a little bit dated but it worked well enough to be 100% worth the money.

Since the update, it looks nicer but has become terrible to use, and as far as I can see there is no plan to fix the problems the update has caused. They really should read the Google play reviews since December, there are more 1 star ratings than I have seen on any other professional payed for service.

The main problem is the navigation, it's utterly non sensical. Before you could see a list of all previous and upcoming events, click and if the event was available on your subscription, watch individual fights.

Now there is so much crap on the home screen it's almost impossible to find what you want. If you are lucky enough to find the event you're after, you can't jump to the individual fights, you have to scroll around the 4 hours of footage to find the fight you want, it's nearly impossible to use.

Could go on and on, they have made what was a
really good product into something unusable. Terrible

it used to be easy to navigate, find a fighter and watch all his fights.. now it's impossible. you have to either search for exact fights, or if you somehow manage to get to the fighters profile page, you'll see 100s of clip videos interspersed between fights in no particular order. I'm going to get rid of my subscription and just start pirating videos

Renewed my subscription because I wanted to study some fights that ended in submission and good grapplers. You used to be able to search by fighter and even the method in which a fight was finished. From what I can tell you can do neither now. Awful interface that is very pretty but makes you click and scroll and search for things that were once easy to find. I never review anything but I'm going out of my way to review this. Very bad "update" and a waste of my $10.

Live events are in hd but only hd. We live in 4k times and it’s extremely poor they don’t offer this resolution for live events. And oh my god...the ufc fightpass 24/7 and other shows etc in their catalogue are only in 720p! What the hell? That’s like 10 years ago or more style. On a large 4k tv it’s unwatchable with pixelation all over the screen. And yes Im watching it on a high quality 4k tv with a high speed internet connection that streams 4K on Netflix with NO pixelation so it’s not an issue on my end

After the judging at 247 I won’t be watching anymore UFC fights, what a joke

The UFC sucks ever since the company was sold. Last night was another example of why I don't watch anymore.

You absolutely cannot buy this product because you’re buying nothing at all. It freezes 90-95% of the time, you’d see more of the photo if you just saw photos afterwards.
Dana White’s a conman for letting this fake service still purchasable.

Would give a zero get ya @#$% together soo disappointed with the latest app all I wanted to do was watch the last UFC fight still can't find it. How can you @#$% it up so quickly, I've never been so @#$%^& off

Redesign is terrible. UI is unusable & a mess. Nothing on the menu is organised in any logical order. It's unwatchable.
There's no longer any way to watch specific fights on a fight card without fast forward. Come on UFC, even DVDs from 1990s had chapters!!
The "improved" search facility is ludicrous. For example I searched 'Ryan Hall' and the 4th video on the list was Al Iaquinta v Kevin Lee!?!? Presumably because "Hall" contains the letters "AL" - then I pressed 'Refine List' in the hope that would be more specific, it came up with exactly the same list!!
I actually spend more time trying to find where things are than actually watching anything. So I've given up watching
It's almost as if the redesign was done by giving the web-designers no information on what customers actually want from the site and how they use it.

UFC Fight Pass used to be one of my favorite apps. But in the last year or two it seems like I went from being able to watch great fights, to being able to only watch really old great fights. Now I click on the app that has updated and I can't even find a fight I can watch even though I still pay the monthly service. Maybe I don't know how to navigate the app correctly but it shouldn't be too confusing to watch fights or events. Im not the smartest guy in the world but I know I easily use to be able to watch the fights I wanted to see or different styles or events I liked. I hated cancelling UFC fight pass because I used to really enjoy it and I spent a lot of hours watching it. Now it seems like I click on it and I can't even find a decent fight to watch, not just UFC but all of the other organizations I really like to watch. I guess they are going in a different direction and not trying to appeal to 37 year olds who have been watching it from the start. Ufc 1. And I have purchased at least 1/2 of every ufc event since then. At least 150 events on ppv since the start. In recent years it's been like 39 to 59 bucks per event and more. That's a lot to dish out for all of those great events which most of them have been. Now everything is just to confusing. I'll just watch YouTube. Today I canceled my subscription to fight pass and it's a shame. Im a huge fan. Good luck UFC

UFC App on smart tv is terrible. Jams every 30seconds when streaming a live fight regardless of internet speed, Have great wifi internet connection. Dodgy app. Mssed half the fight card dealing with their inferior product. Had to from website on laptop.

Will never pay for another PPV from UFC,

Paid for this thinking it would let me watch the McGregor V Cowboy Jackson fight but these blood-suckers wanted another $60 on top of the monthly fee!!!. Will be canceling this obsolete subscription ASAP.

I have been with Fight Pass since the beginning. The streaming for the Connor fight today was terrible. It stuck in every fight. It is not my internet , I have high speed and Netflix and Stan never stick. The visual quality was also grainy.
