UFC Fight Pass Reviews 

Worst attempt at a redesign ever. I regulary use (or atleast attempt to use) UFC Fight pass on my windows PC via Google Chrome and there are so many bugs I don't know where to begin. For starters, the search engine is horrible to use. One slight spelling error in these very long and multi-cultural names and the engine will rule out the athlete completely. And even when you do spell perfectly, the exact fight you're looking for may not appear at the top, as the order of the names (EG. Ferguson vs Barboza/Barboza vs ferguson) can play a factor in your ability to find the fight you're looking for.

Secondly there is an incredible frustrating bug which means the site will be randomly refreshed to the home page after clicking on a fight you have searched for or manually found in the fight library. This has been apparant for far too long considering the simplicity of the bug.

Third of all, the inconsistancy of the quality of fight footage is awful. Some days it will decide to be decent and some days it will be blurry, laggy and stuttery, And it can make it hard to enjoy watching the fights you've been paying to watch.

Another bug is when it will disable playback, disallowing you to bring the marker to a part of the video you want whether its forwards or backwards. Although this is fairly rare it is extremely frustrating none the less.

Worst of all is the feature which means the app will sign you out after 5-10 minutes of idleness (AKA. Sitting back from your mouse and keyboard and watching the fight). What makes it worse is it often decides to not let you login regardless of whether the credentials are right or not, meaning you have to close the page and open the app again and login with the official login page instead. So you are essentially forced to fiddle around with your computer every so often so that the site doesn't assume you've left your computer while watching the fight.

What an embarassment.

It’s literally the worst app I’ve ever used. It’s like the UFC could care less about its customers. Absolutely horrible.

Spoils figths! Please fire everyone who built the new app and go back to the old.
When i cant watch fight live i avoid all media, only to have the results spoilt by the official app. No, it not results i can turn off but preview pics on video icons. It cost them my purchase of the last ppv as They spoilt the results of 2 of the 5 fights! Seriously think of cancelling my subscription.

These other revues are leaving me dumbfounded. Are we using the same service ? Most ergonomic service I have ever seen, great system, everything's on there. Upcoming events section, Results section, Live Now section, Athletes section, UFC news section. It's absolutely fab. Just getting all the PPVs in enough for me but this is the complete package. ONLY problem I have with it is that the videos are TOO LOUD.

If it only it were possible to give less than 1 star. The layout is terrible and overall the app design is poor. The app freezes and crashes all the time. Also you can't fast forward only jump specific time gaps, so getting back to where you were after something goes wrong is a disaster. They stopped supporting my device (or it just wouldn't play on my Samsung TV) half way through my subscription. I checked my plan and it said it would run until May and I couldn't see an auto renew so I let it run out, in case I decided to watch some fights on laptop (which I am not a fan of). Then they renewed my subscription, which I absolutely didn't want, they should make it clear if you are on auto renew so you can stop it. Now I am trying to get my money back, but you can not speak to anybody, there are no phone numbers, there isn't even a live chat. Overall, it's hard to imagine how UFC fight pass could have made my experience any worse.

Why did you change the fight pass channel , i watch fight for fight now you have less of them now the fights dont go in order they are so off

I just bought my subscription, this app And I must say I’m not impressed. It freezes constantly, have to pause and then hit play multiple time’s, app is painful to use and no real way of getting back to what you were previously watching. You cannot favourite playlists. The set up is completely confusing and searches take long periods of time. I’m watching on Samsung smart tv and I do not want to have to watch all the TUF series on my iPhone. Organize the content. Why would Dana White lend the UFC name to such trash? How disappointing. Thanks for reading. Oh my internet connection is great.

Absolute Scam. I just tried out a subscription for the first time and paid for the PPV main even UFC 249. Worst layout I have ever experienced. Not a single button press or swipe motion would work first time, every fight would glitch and freeze giving me no choice but to refresh the page and log in again. Fights would constantly skip ahead randomly for no reason and trying to simply rewind back to where you were, proved unbelievably fiddly and frustrating. Then the PPV completely stopped and threw me off the site only 2 fights in to the 5 fight main card. I couldn’t even watch the top 3 fights AT ALL and then any way of accessing them again on my fight pass home screen promptly vanished. I cannot believe this service has ANY subscribers ! AND to pay SO MUCH money for a single PPV and then be completely robbed of watching the fights after doing everything right and paying their stupidly high fee is unforgivable and quite frankly despicable behaviour from a company. What a gip !! Never again - goodbye UFC... I hope you tank badly.....

If I could give the new layout ZERO stars I would. It's awful. They took a pretty poor design and made it 100% worse.

Paid 3 times and I start watching the event, error jumps up I check payment history and get License Revoked.

Fight pass is an absolute scam!
They advertise main events for sale on their App but do not mention that you only get access to watch prelims live, not the main event live!
Main event doesn’t unlock until a month after!

I bought the fight pass to watch ufc events right before quarentine started. Then the Fights started to be cancelled... Dana promised the Khabib fight would go down, now it’s cancelled to.. and now, 2 months later I find out I can’t even watch the Ferguson Gaethje fight... only prelims. This wasn’t clear for me when I bought the pass. I wouldn’t have payed for it if it only gave me early prelims. The rest of the content in there is whack. Now I’m paying to be able to see old fights I already saw.

I got this app so i wouldn't have to try and find the bad quality bootlegs on youtube but ufc fight pass does not allow you to select ur display options (ex.1080p) very disappointing when you want to watch in full hd, considering your paying money for this app.

New layout is awful. Has made everything about the app worse.

New layout is terrible to navigate.This is extra upsetting, considering how straightforward the old version was. You used to be able to search a fighter and their whole resume within the ufc could be found in one place. It was an awesome feature and i know many people are upset it is no longer a thing.

The new version seems to be an intentional labyrinth designed to corral subscribers into watching/streaming certain content.

Really? Kung fu BS movies? Fight pass is total crap anymore.

Been a subscriber for years. It used to be great. Now its hard to find things. The newest update is a game breaker for us. As it turns out no more fast forwarding between fights so we MUST watch all the rookie low knowledge commentating on many of the fight organizations. We just quit watching.

Previous layout was perfect, I can't watch on laptop bc of buffering now only on phone. Previous to this layout, you search for a fighter and it listed all their fights. Now you pick a fighter and it doesn't list all the fights and it will list the full UFC card. It's unfortunate.

Watch UFC on Apple TV and the videos pause, buffer, repeat, sound drops out consistently enough that some fight cards become unwatchable. No other service that I stream on Apple TV has this issue. It was very poor at the start, seemed to improve somewhat last year and now had returned to the bad old days. Why would I risk paying 60 bucks for a PPV when I can’t be assured of a good stream?
The new ‘bold new interface’ is also a step backward for the product. The original interface was rubbish, they improved it and have now gone back to an inferior product. Please sack the person in charge of this service and fix it once and for all. Maybe headhunt someone from Netflix, they seem to know what they are doing.
