UFC Fight Pass Reviews 

Total Rip off please don't buy anything from here these guys are only sitting there to take your money. I have bought UFC 253 PPV I have been buying in the past as well. When the main card started fights didn't play screen went totally black now I have been emailing them this issue they don't even reply. So far I have sent them 5 emails they have not responded to even one. I wish I could give them (-5) Stars.

Useless , totally and utterly useless. Cant get hold of anyone, no one replies, take money and can view nothing. Its a scam , rip off and total waste of time. No idea how to cancel the subscription as there is no facility to do so and no person to talk to. Rather pee my money up against a wall!

Big scam. Paid for UFC 253 and could not watch it... no customer service, litterally threw 65$ through the window.

Paid for UFC253 and it shows errors and no content...tried live chat and agent quickly shifted me to send an email inquiry to get me off the chat--still no UFC, still no response to my email, still no response to my subsequent tries on live chat...what did I just pay for?

Great if you like paying to stare at a black screen with audio only, if you are lucky. Order a ppv and invite your friends over to watch it crash constantly, despite your internet pumping out over 50mbs!!! Don't waste your money. UFC you owe me refunds for the last 2 PPV events!!

Basically tried it for incoming event and the site crashed. It says that there is No content available and since it will expire tomorrow - I was basically paying for nothing.

UFC content is so confusing right now, splitting between ESPN+and the fight pass. Even worse, both the website/app on the two different platforms is equally confusing. I honestly could not figure out where I should go to if let's say I want to watch the ultimate fighter series. UFC needs to catch up with the streaming service, their own app and ESPN+'s ufc page are just equally terrible.

Great fights, horrible app. runs very poorly and has many bugs. Wish they would fix it for the money we spend.

Update 2: Due to covid19 I was granted a refund. Obviously I'm not arguing, just thought the reasons I gave were adequate. I genuinely spent hours trying to cancel, even had to revive my old pc. Realise now I can do desktop site on my phone. Could just have a cancellation button in the app eh?!

Cancelled subscription approx 2 months ago, which took a long time to figure out. Today they took payment again for this absolutely worthless fight-pass. Complained to customer services and no reply from them. The app appears as if the subscription was cancelled, showing a restore purchase option, but yet it hasn't been cancelled. I've again cancelled my subscription today. Let's see if I get my refund for this coming year I didn't want. To add, the reason I cancelled originally was because of the absolutely terrible app!!!! You can't even unsubscribe in the app!!
Update: They replied and denied I had tried to unsubscribe, and no refund, even though I contacted them same day within minutes of receiving a receipt for renewal. UFC are theives, I will boycott them completely now.

For 6 straight weeks now I've been getting up to watch ufc and each time there are connection issues. I've tried multiple devices from different ip addresses but it's always the same result - more time refreshing the pages then watching the fights. A billion dollar company who are happy to take our money each month but refuse to fix their technical issues and insist on never responding to complaints. When it actually works, fight pass is great. But it seems like technical issues keep getting worse with no attempt or care to fix them.

Utter garbage, keeps freezing, have to restart regularly. Get better quality watching the rip offs on YouTube

It's totally not worth it and I've emailed a complaint to them and nobody responded to me. I love UFC but get this platform could be so much better. No big fights on there and even the weekly fights like Vegas 7 arent on there. Apparently they come on a month later!?! What am i paying for that I can't watch on YouTube? I've paid for a year subscription and instantly regretted it. I've watched one video and can never find any video because it's so poorly labeled. Love UFC, hate FightPass.

Terrible they said okay we will give you a refund. Tehn they deny the refund they said you had media usage and watched the fight. I said sure I watched the fight. About half of it in 480P on a 4K TV. Dont waste your money on this the quality was terrible

Dana white, honestly man,I love the UFC, but when the app freezes, and one of my big problems is,there are not advanced notifications for future fights like it use to, you used to be able to view three or four paper View events months down the road now it only shows the next Pay-Per-View event just a few days ago it doesn't even show the actual Main Event now that is completely taken off you only shows the prelims are you can't even view who's fighting in the main event anymore on the cards and y'all are supposed to be that UFC it's sad whenever you have to go to a total different website to actually see what events the UFC is coming up with in the future because they can't have them on their own app and on top of that everything keeps lagging and freezing... I have seen hundreds and hundreds of people frustrated and I know it's not your fault personally but someone needs to get a tech team that can really understand and know what's going on because you are going to be losing so much money from people canceling subscriptions.. just trying to be honest and blunt because for such an awesome organization the features around it haven't been backing up the organization itself

App keeps freezing on multiple devices making the app annoying to use. I've seen reviews saying the same thing from 2016 so I don't expect it to change now.
The fact that you can use a illegal source to stream the same content and more reliably says a lot about fight pass and the ufc.
Won't be renewing my subscription.

I’m using the Apple TV UFC app. It’s completely useless. The search is non existent. I put in the name of a fighter and frequently it will show me a bunch of randoms and nothing from said fighter. It’s like it’s not connected and it has got perhaps worse over the months since it was redesigned. It’s hard to believe. This made me realize the UFC doesn’t care and neither should I. So I cancelled. Don’t waste your time and money.
