I spoke to Andy on the phone to discuss a slight design change. This was 12 months after I’d purchased all my underfloor heating materials for the whole house. I’m working my way through the property extending/removing walls etc, hence the delay. He was very helpful as usual and we agreed the way forward. He then revised the loop drawing (which he still had 12 months later) without being asked and even sent me a couple of manifold caps free of charge!! Fantastic after sales service.

Product to be used as a conduit for fibre optic cables both the size 20mm and the unjointed length make it a perfect product ( Underfloor Heating PERT-Al-PERT Pipe 20mm x 2mm ) for this application.

The Uheat website is a mine of information. I ordered an Elektra 5 metre warm floor self adhesive system after researching the various options myself. I am raising a new concrete screed floor by 50mm using Thermopanel, then fitting the heated floor matting on top of that, then self levelling compound prior to ceramic tiling. A nice project with promising results.

We needed a replacement thermostat for our underfloor heating. We found all the relevant details on their website so didn't need to speak to anyone at the company. Item arrived next day, really pleased. Added to favourites for any future requirements

Bought an Adept electric underfloor heating system through Amazon a year ago, installed in the spring and all has been fine whilst using through October and November until error code 1 showed up a week ago and the floor wouldn't heat. Got in touch with Uheat through Amazon and they responded within the hour, saying it was a sensor error. As unit still under warranty, they sent me a replacement sensor next day delivery, and my electrician came to fit it. Didn't fix the error sadly, but Uheat were straight on top my message on Amazon within minutes and sent me a tracked postage label so I could send the thermostat back for testing. I'm not expecting to hear from them before Christmas, but will update when I do. So far I'm impressed with the floor (when it worked out was perfect) and very impressed with the customer service, so hoping I'll be able to upgrade this review to 5 stars when the issue is resolved. It's my office, so hoping not to have to pull the floor up to find the issue... Only 3 stars for now as the error isn't fixed yet. I'm looking to get a water system for 53m² in a few weeks and hoping to go with a Uheat product - if we can get this fixed it'll inspire few to invest in this so far excellent company.

Wojtek and the team have been extremely helpful all the way through. Most other companies gave a list without support when I was getting quotes but uheat went the extra mile and gave great after sales service.

Really easy purchase. Needed a new room thermostat due to broken screen but didn't want to replace the relay box. Found uheat who explained on product page it was compatible and even described the relay box to look out for. Came really quickly and paired to existing relay box with no problem and so much less hassle than rewiring!
