There is not a lot of companies now days that pick up a phone straight away and the person on the end actually knows what they are talking about from installation to the correct product

Absolutely shocking experience. I ordered a shower tray and returned it unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging after realising it was the wrong size.
Despite this, the company falsely claimed it was returned in a damaged condition. This is completely untrue and feels like a blatant excuse to avoid issuing a refund.
They have refused to return my money, which is unacceptable and highly suspicious behaviour. It genuinely feels like they are taking advantage of customers and hiding behind false claims.
I am now forced to go through my credit card provider to recover my money.
Avoid this company at all costs. I would not trust them with your money.

Andy was informative, helpful and patience throughout the whole process of the purchase. Item was delivered on time and well packed.

I can't say enough good things about U-heat and especially Andy Bayford who I have spoken with a lot. He has gone over and above so many times to help me out I've had two shower trays and 3 underfloor heating systems over a period of a few months and was really not sure what I wanted to order. Andy is always patient, helpful and knowledgable. The level of customer service has been unreal, and I'm very happy with the products as well.

Throughout the process of installing a new heating system in a new build, found the support from Uheat to be very good. Will use a again if the need arises on another project

Andy has been absolutely brilliant. I must have been a pain of a customer to deal with, with it taking a long time and many changes (from price checks for affordability, to new plans of property lay out (Reno) and none of it has been too much hassle!
I haven’t laid anything just yet, but the service has been brilliant this far.

I ordered from a major retailor and noticed my item was sent to a 3rd party for fulfilment, Uheat and wanted to write a positive review as the major company didn't do so great. However Uheat were brilliant, they delivered the item fast and was exactly what I ordered.

Ordered some hard to come by 32mm.Pex to 28Copper Compression Adaptors, the delivery was quick. The items were 100%, included Teflon isolators to prevent contact of Brass and the Aluminium layer in the Pex Pipe

Order and parts were delivered quickly and corespondence was good with supplier.all worked well. Will be buying again.

I spoke to Andy on the phone to discuss a slight design change. This was 12 months after I’d purchased all my underfloor heating materials for the whole house. I’m working my way through the property extending/removing walls etc, hence the delay. He was very helpful as usual and we agreed the way forward. He then revised the loop drawing (which he still had 12 months later) without being asked and even sent me a couple of manifold caps free of charge!! Fantastic after sales service.

Purchase was not for a heating project.
Product to be used as a conduit for fibre optic cables both the size 20mm and the unjointed length make it a perfect product ( Underfloor Heating PERT-Al-PERT Pipe 20mm x 2mm ) for this application.
