Very quick turnaround, ordered eliquid, arrived next morning. Free delivery, what more could I ask.

Everything I've had from them is superb. Everything has arrived *very* fast; sometimes even next day.

But I give 3 stars, because many types of e-liquid are nearly always sold out. At first (about 5 months ago) I was happy for them. It's great to see a startup growing fast because it gets the basics *right* for once (clear easy site, good products, good prices, fast shipping). I figured they'd sort out their supply chain soon enough.

But no. 5 months on, and they haven't. They call themselves Eliquid, but they hardly ever have any. I've started going to other, inferior, sites.

The company did not reply - They just ignore it

I put in an order about 3 weeks before christmas, and didn't get it until the 23rd, I thought maybe the christmas rush had slowed down the post so I let it slide. A few days before I received it, they posted a picture on Facebook of several huge sacks of parcels, obviously it was more than 3 days worth when they claim to offer 'same day dispatch before 2pm'. Anyway, recently I put in an order at around 11.30am, expecting it to be sent out the same day, it's now 10 days later and no sign of a parcel on my doorstep. Will see what date it has on the postage label when/if it arrives and update my review if I can. In the meantime, I ordered something from Hong Kong since placing this order and I have received it already, if I can receive a parcel from there in less time then there's no excuse for UK-Eliquid to take this long.

I have bought several bottles of e-liquid and replacement carts and atomizers for my e-cig. Delivery times are quick and good prices too. Latest order I placed on a Monday evening and it was on my doorstep by Wednesday morning. Fantastic.

ordered ejuice on sunday received on tuesday, never expected such a quick delivery, tempting to order more though the juice i ordered will last quite a bit. Was a bit dubious about ordering online but am over the moon.

Limited availability of "own label" products - but gratis shipping does it for moi.
Cheaper than ecigwizard.com - if you're spending less than £10.00 - but didn't notice any money off "vouchers" (That you have to register for anyway)?
Nice to have two competing sites under the same umbrella.

When UK-eliquid get it right they're very, very good. They're helpful, speedy, a joy to buy from. But it's hit and miss. If you ring up and say you having no idea what anything is but you bought 'specifically named product listed on their website' from them at their recommendation you really don't expect the person you're asking advice from to ask you whether what you have is something you've never heard of. And when you send them an e-mail thanking them for their help and asking them to recommend something else for you to buy there's an expectation that they might want to make another sale - but if they don't reply you wonder whether you got the numpty again...

As I say, very hit and miss, but it's worth asking to speak with someone else if the person who answers the phone appears a little dense.

It was my first buy from UK-Eliquid and it will not be last one. Product Lavatube VV is very good and very tasty E-liquids too. Prices are good and delivery is fast.(5 days UK-->Finland) Thanks!

I've had a few orders from Ben at UK-Eliquid and they've always arrived very quickly and have been excellent. I love the Vermillion River range of juices from here. Top supplier.

I've used UK eliquid twice now and both times they've been fantastic. Shipping was super quick, items were packaged well, and above all else, their goods are top-notch. Oh yes, and prices are great too 😉

Nice e-shop, easy to buy. Posting was quick according to tracking number (and free of charge) but it arrived to Greece after 8 days. Otherwise, an excellent buying experience.

usually I have had good service, but not today.
Wrong juice sent paid for 12.99 Kentucky premium and got 7.99 mint and chocolate. No reply to my e mails for 2 days.

E cig wizard were the total opposite my order got mixed up and they replied to me within 2 hours and sent the correct product out next day recorded delivery.

My next step is to contact paypal for a refund.
