Terrible ! Designed to fail you from the start. Oh and report you !

Incredibly painful test experience. I have to take this test every year to keep my ticket to work in construction. Some of the slides can be read in 20 seconds but you have to stare at the page for 2 minutes. You have to wait for the question and all of the answers to be read out before you can answer and if you get one wrong (it's easy to click the wrong answer on your phone) you have to go through all of the questions again. Very painful

firstly, where do i start waiting 30 second before you can answer the question is waste of time. it a poor inefficient way to have the website set up.
secondly the information you are giving is load of rubbish and waste of time ad wont be used applied to the role on site. the main contractor would have to provide you with the correct information eg risk assessment, which youll have to just stay away. it took over 3 hours to complete the course, this is no acceptable, as your competitors provides a test and valid amount of information. up hold the daily task we do on site

Great personal service, managed to get all our engineers with the correct recognisable UKATA Approved Asbestos Awareness training ready for a large contract we are due to start; even managed to negotiate a discount. As far as I am aware no one encountered any issues and the office received a copy of the certificates direct so you could track who had and hadn't done the course. Only real issue was coaxing the engineers to do it in a timely manner.

Why is there a timer for you to answer the question? I have read it in about 5 seconds but have to wait a further 40 or so to answer it? This is absolutely ridicules. I cant think of any reason for this, other than so it can be marketed as a "2 hour" test. Its a 25 minute test but its strung out with pointless timers. Im currently writing this in the middle of the final quiz, that's how needlessly slow it is.

Can someone from Ukasl please show some respect for other peoples time and remove this restrictive timer.

For everyone that does value their time please use another source for this accreditation. It will save your sanity.

Painfully boring. No animation in the presenters voice, unable to move to next slide even if read and understood. Not been altered for years, same questions and same boring course
