Great, but not updated
Very informative and good structured course lay out, will definitely use again in the future. I did find the course content very gendered toward men and with multiple spelling mistakes, it comes across as a bit lazy and not up to date.

A good and informative course utterly ruined because of the slow and boring pace. There is absolutely no need to have the gaps at the end of each slide. And when you come to the test page there isn't any reason why you should have to wait ...... time before you can click an answer.

Thank you for your review. The 2 hour (approximately) minimum time restriction is a requirement to gain approval from the trade association UKATA (UK Asbestos Training Association). As part of their approval process we have to place time restrictions on our e-learning course.

I called to check how many tests I had.
I called to check how many tests I had left and the gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful, whilst talking to him I said I would be calling back to buy more online tests.
I called later on the same day and purchased more with the same man I spoke to earlier, he was very helpful and I am pleased with all service made by this company.
Always available to help in any way they can, so would continue as a company to use their online tests.

Course very informative for the new…
Course very informative for the new starts to the industry. Merited a days course for those who have never carried out any asbestos awareness training before. Very interesting when carrying out the practical part of the course as most of the candidates engaged fully while watching and carrying out the demonstrations. For refresher courses this is captured in a half day but for most of the attendees in our organisation it was required to carry out the full day due to expiration of last course due to Covid19, so only negative was this. Facilitator was fully engaged in the presentation of the course and you could see he thoroughly enjoyed delivering the course.
