Good content but too detailed.
The course content was good, but the format and assessment clunky and time consuming. For an awareness course the 1 years validity is far to short, should be every 5 years.

Thank you for your review. It's good to hear you were happy with the course content. The 12 month expiry date is included on the UKATA certificate, but it is not our decision to include this. We do offer an alternative certification which holds no expiry date.
The 2 hour (approximately) minimum time restriction is a requirement to gain approval from the trade association UKATA (UK Asbestos Training Association). As part of their approval process we have to place time restrictions on our e-learning course.

Nice Speedy Service
As I am new in my post I was unsure how to book staff on to the Asbestos Awareness Training. I phoned UKASL a week ago and the Adviser was helpful. She informed my predecessor used to book training online. But as we were a long standing customer we would receive a discount so it would be best to phone when requiring credits. I called and book 2 credits and the Adviser was very helpful and sent the invoice straight away. Within a couple of hours I was sending the training link to the staff members. Thank you good service.

The service provided is an excellent tool for all our engineers. The only additional comment I could make which may be trivial is that there is no refresher course. You have to complete the course fully. This maybe a legal requirement and this would be good to know.

A pleasant experience
