Great content, poor online delivery
Took the online asbestos awareness course - content is absolutely great and I have no issues there but the way the online course is delivered is really poor - staring at the screen whilst the timer counts down to zero, sometimes for over 10 seconds, so you can move onto the next slide or click your answer to the questions has to be the most frustrating thing ever. I appreciate you don't want people just clicking through but for those of us who can read faster than it can be read out word for word, it puts me off wanting to take another of these courses.
