Excellent Customer Service
As a health and safety manager, I buy a number of UKATA licenses every year for staff and subcontractors who work with our company. UKASL are always very responsive to my emails, I have invoices for payment and course details sent very quickly. Emma, who is my go to in the Customer Team, is always very helpful and the customer service is excellent. They have even helped staff and subcontractors who have managed to get 'locked out' of their account so that they can finish the course.
