The 2 hour (approximately) minimum time restriction is a requirement to gain approval from the trade association UKATA (UK Asbestos Training Association). As part of their approval process we have to place time restrictions on our e-learning course. In terms of the time per question, this is a 20 second timer to allow delegates time to read and digest the question before answering.

Easy to use and online course is good but slow...
Easy to use and online course is very good. Only problem is the time it takes to be able to answer and read each question with a timed clock, especially when you have to do it every year. It's a 2 hr course that could quite easily be reduced down by half. Every page is read to you but then you are left waiting to be able to move onto the next page. If you get a question wrong in one of the sections its back to the beginning again with the timed clock.

The service is great
The service is great. Course and content is on par with industry standards. The software is sometimes buggy and they could do with an admin portal to manage licences. I would highly recommend this company to anyone training on asbestos.

Due to the number of courses I purchase, I frequently get confused this time of year with regards to remaining licences and the staff are always pleasant, efficient and happy to help with questions.
Cost effective as well as the more you purchase the cheaper the licences which do not expire.

It would be better on the pre test…
It would be better on the pre test section if you could change the page without having to wait for the timer to lapse as that takes around forty minutes and you find yourself sitting and waiting for long periods of time. The test only takes around five minutes to complete.
