i would say that postage could be slightly lower because it came by royal mail.

Due to Royal Mail's collection times and our own internal shipping processes (our cutoff is 3pm), we were unable to physically fulfil your order until Monday. We acknowledge that this may have caused a delay in the processing of your order. Additionally, we would like to highlight that you had chosen a 2-day service for delivery, with this in mind, it actually only took 3 days longer than expected, which we feel is fair given Royal Mail's current workload and backlog.
Taking into consideration the fulfilment time and the chosen delivery service, we can confirm that the total time from fulfilment to delivery was only 5 days. We believe it is important to provide accurate information to ensure fairness in evaluating the overall experience.
