I ordered a large amount of bathroom…
I ordered a large amount of bathroom kit from the Oxford branch of UK Bathroom Warehouse over the summer of 2018. The deliveries initially were smooth and efficient. But on encountering a problem that has left me without a working bathroom for weeks (a misdelivered shower valve part from one of their suppliers), their customer liaison and aftersales care has been non-existent. Endless fruitless phone calls (always instigated by me) and promises to call back and chase things for me never kept. I would advise anyone looking to buy bathroom equipment to shop elsewhere, as this company clearly forgets all about you once payment has gone through.

Absolutely amazing service from Aidan…
Absolutely amazing service from Aidan and Alex in the e-commerce team. They were always available and so helpful with my bathroom and making sure it was delivered on the day I needed it. A couple of small items were missing and Alex ensured these were delivered directly to me the following day. Can’t rate them enough - they were also a lot more reasonable than other companies. Thank you!
