Excellent service, friendly and efficient
We used UKBW when we refurbished our home recently. They have an excellent selection of products at very competitive prices. Very helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble.

Absolute waste of my time ! This is the second time I visited the shop in Oxford pony road.
The staff didn’t even acknowledge me which I think is incredibly rude.
I will spend my money else where !!

Aiden is a star. I genuinely never received such good service. I couldnt locate a replacement toilet seat for a Catalano toilet. I tried lots of places to no avail. Luckily I called Bathroom Warehouse and was answered by Aiden - he was knowledgeable about their stock and extremely helpful. It took a number of emails from him to suppliers but he found a replacement seat for us. He also kept us informed of progress from start to finish. Top marks for efficiency and customer service.

Excellent professional service and best price! I could not praise the attention to detail and dependability of the sales team more. Fantastic experience being talked through the appropriate bathroom and shower equipment I needed. A quote was sent through the same day and the order arrived very promptly. Could not be happier with this company!

I am so glad that my builder and various friends recommended UK Bathroom Warehouse in Wallingford to me. It was brilliant to find a place where so many different styles of bathroom furniture and fittings were under one roof. I enjoyed being able to work on all four bathrooms that I needed to furnish with Heather who was patient, knowledgeable and helpful on each of my visits and on the phone afterwards. She made the whole process of choosing the right things really straightforward and guided me admirably. If only Heather could be at my side to sort out all the other elements of my house renovation - things would be so easy. It's also important to add that the prices were excellent too.

Both my husband and I were delighted with the service which we received from Viny at UK Bathroom Warehouse, Newbury. He was extremely patient with all our questions and spent a lot of time with us helping us choose what would be best for us. Nothing was too much trouble! And we have no hesitation in recommending him and UK Bathroom Warehouse to others.

Brilliant customer service, the sales staff helped me make decisions and the Wallingford showroom had very inspirational displays. I got a great deal and delivery was easy and free. Would recommend and have more bathrooms to do in the future.

Competitive prices. I had a small problem with a faulty handle of the tap ordered - the replacement arrived in no time at all.

I found the hard-to-get-hold-of washbasin that I wanted on UK bathroom Warehouse website, at a reasonable price. I ordered, but it didn't tell me expected delivery date. I was a bit worried that it would be a long delivery, so I rang, and found their staff very responsive and helpful. And the basin arrive dwithin a few days. Thank you.
