I ordered from UKbatteryfast assuming it was a UK company. The only way to pay is via PayPal. The PayPal receipt was for a private individual email address in China. I thought I had been scammed and had seen the last of my money. Only 3 days later, the ordered batteries turned up, exactly as advertised and, so far, working perfectly. So, 4* for the product and service, -1* for the fright they gave me.
I ordered what I thought was the right battery for my HP laptop. Despite the company being called "UK" battery fast it was instead sent from China and arrived a few weeks later.
Unfortunately it did not fit my laptop which was perhaps not their fault as the model number I had was incomplete. However when I tried to contact them to send it back I had no reply to 2 emails over 3 months. There was no telephone number or european address. When I finally got a reply to my third email they sent me a return address in China that was overly long and could not be found on Google Maps.
Since return shipping would cost nearly as much as the battery I would strongly advise avoiding this company which seems to be a placeholder for a China based mail order service. Instead order through a seller listed on amazon.co.uk as there any incorrect battery can be returned and refunded.
