Feel a bit conned into buying the extras
There’s actually been very little need for me to have purchased the extra deed poll certificates as advised. Their “guidance pack” which supposedly gives you everything in one place for you to simply fill out also was not worth the money paid. The process for updating the name was quick and easy to sort the actual deed poll.

We’re glad to hear that you found the main deed poll process quick and easy. However, we’re sorry to learn that you felt the additional certificates and guidance pack were not as useful as expected.
Our team recommends extra certificates because many organisations — especially the Passport Office, DVLA and banks — often require certified copies and will not normally return the originals. Most customers prefer having spares so they can update everything without delay, but we understand this can vary from person to person.
We always aim to provide clear, practical guidance, so we appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving our support materials.

Good CS but slow delivery.
I used this company because they assured a quick delivery of my change of name deed poll. However, 2 weeks later I still haven’t received my documents. I’ve contacted them and customer service was very quick to reply and assure me of a fast resolution but I’m still waiting. Fast response to review and sorting the problem, but haven’t received any documentation yet.

Ordered in August, now October nothing recieved because they sent it to some random address in london and the customer service team seem to lack basic English reading comprehension skills. Just did a charge back with my bank and a complaint to the ICO for a data breach. Seems like I'm not the only person who had stuff sent to the wrong place either.

Happy to take your money, but in no hurry to actually do their job!
Ordered and paid next day delivery. Nothing arrived. Emailed and they didn't really have an explanation, just said it doesn't look like it's been dispatched, let us know in a few days if it doesn't arrive and we'll send it again (not sure how they can send it again, when it didn't get sent the first time). I asked for refund on the postage, as obviously that was pointless. They refused. Still nothing arrived, so I asked for a full refund and they did comply. But please explain to me why you would even have this business, if you can't be bothered to send out what the customer has paid for. And what a cheek to not want to refund the next day delivery payment, when they hadn't even posted it at all! Very blasé attitude.
