I made an order out of hours and requested a cancellation within 15mins yet was charged over £6 admin fee for the cancellation.

This was very ineffective I tried to change a middle name to a double barreled surname and it just said change Joe William blogs to Joe William blogs ridiculous that this was clearly not checked. I thought there would be some differentiation. I paid 55 quid for a useless certificate.
